Cozy Savvy Hoi An, The Quintessence of Exquisite Retreat

Review: The hotel has everything we needs, big room, large bed, friendly staff and taste good breakfast (if can change abit then even better).

Family room actually is two double rooms connect to each other, so consider very big.

It is walking distance to old Town, but still consider far compare surroundings other hotel. You can rent bike for free which is good. There are many spa/massage shops around, hotel do offer buy 1 free 1 at specific times lot which is good but we haven't get chance to try.

Positive points: Lovely room and roof top pool was really nice.
Transfers are much cheaper going through the hotel so I would highly recommend booking through them.

Positive points: Everything. Location is close enough to the old town without it being too close to the crowds. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was excellent!
The staff was very friendly and accommodative.

Review: Very helpful staff, amazing view, elite services, and great location. They have a very good breakfast options for vegetarians as well. Cindy was a really good host and she suggested us some great places to visit in Hoi An, including vegetarian restaurants.

Positive points: Super all round stay. Cindi at reeption was very helpful with local advice. Food at breakfast was varied and plentiful and excellent quality. Location excellent and free bike hire an added bonus. Can't fault our stay at all.

Review: We had a great time staying at Cozy Savvy! All the staffs were really friendly and helpful in assisting us with our stay. Cindy welcomed us and brief us on where to go, eat and do in Hoi An. Hotel was clean, cosy and easily walkable from old town shopping and market area.

Positive points: This hotel is very good value for money.
The location is about a 10 minute walk to the old town.
Buffet breakfast is very good. We stayed for 3 nights and they change their breakfast menu slightly every day so the food does not become monotonous.
The staff is very helpful and we are always greeted with a smile.
Daisy at the reception really pays attention to the guests and their needs. She speaks very good English.
She gave us very good recommendations on what restaurants to try in the old town.
The hotel has bicycles that can be used to go to the old town.

Review: Close enough to the old city and the night market that both are walkable and still far enough that there isn’t too much noise. Great view from the rooftop. Everyone is professional and nice and the food at breakfast was amazing.

Review: If I have to choose a hotel to stay in Hoi An, I will go for Cozy Savvy Hotel. From the moment we stepped into the hotel , we were welcome by friendly Tracy who provided us with very good information as to where to eat yummy food , arrange for our show at Lune center and even provide us her contact so that we can contact her if we need help etc .we enjoyed our stay with beautiful cozy family rooms and the location was within walking distance to the old city .. the staff will also help us to arrange for electric car to bring us to the old city if we do not want to walk ..Cozy Savvy hotel has very wonderful & friendly staff who will check with you every morning to ask how was your stay and any problems with the room and we can see teamwork as the staff from the reception will step in the dining area during busy breakfast time and checking with guests about their stay .. thank you Tracy for all the good tips and assistance : ) and not forgetting her wonderful colleagues like Anne , Cindy , dining room team, housekeeping team , porters : )

Review: Very good location, just a short walk to ancient town Hoi An. The most impressive thing is the team of staff with smiling, friendly and perfect sweet service to make our stay memorable ! I will come back and stay here again .
