Positive points: Very cozy, rustic vibes but also comfortable. Walkable to old town but you also felt like you were in peaceful village. Good place for European tourists, independent travelers. Host was very friendly, communicative

Review: Nikolai was the best host ever. He let us check in a bit early and helped us out with renting bikes. Very friendly hosts with quaint little homestay by the fields. Loved the stay.

Positive points: We spent 3 nights at La Terrazza, it has reached all of our expectations, it was somehow better then expected. The owner was really kind, the place was very comfy and quiet. I can just recommend to stay here. The breakfest is amazing, and there are bikes to use to reach the city (it's not so far, but still a decent amount of walk).

If we are going back to Hoi An, we would like to choose this place again.

Review: Good location, friendly owner and great facilities for affordable price!

Positive points: I have stayed at la Terrazza 3 or 4 times now because I just just love it. It is such a beautiful little hotel tucked down a quiet alley on the edge of Hoi an which overlooks beautiful rice paddies and yet you are still just a five minute cycle to all the craziness of the centre.

Nico and Tam are really welcoming and friendly. The garden is stunning with lots of tropical plants and flowers. The rooms are all well decorated, comfy and clean. The one we stayed in this time was huge and it had its own private terrace too. There is also a water filter so you could get clean drinking water without wasting so much plastic which is rare in VN.

While I was there they were in the middle of building a pool so there's going to be even more reason to return there soon!

Review: The house has great location (about 5-7 minutes by bicycle to the old town). We love the rustic feelings and the lush garden which is well taken care of. A plus. friendly and nice host. Highly recommended.

Positive points: The location of this property is perfect. Located in the heart of the rice fields but still only a short walk away from the town. The perfect mix of both. The property also has bikes you can use for free or motorbikes to rent from across the road. The rooms were spacious and clean. The rest of the property gives you lots of freedom to relax and use the kitchen area. We sat for hours just watching into the rice fields where buffalo and workers could be spotted. We were sad to leave but sure to return when we are back in Hoi an. Owners and staff were amazing and helpful to any questions or requests we had. Thank you again

Review: A great place for the ones who want to enjoy the silence of nature with large teracotta field, near the old quarter and also have full facility for not only travel but also for work and longer live in here

Positive points: This place is absolutely amazing! Immersed in nature, it doesn't even seem like you are in the city but so close to the city center in Hoi An.
We could have breakfast while watching buffalos in the fields in front of us, and relax in the common areas. The room was very comfortable and spacious and Nicola, the owner, was very nice and gave us very good recommendations on the area.

Review: An oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle that is Hoi An. Facing the padi fields, La Terrazza offers quiet space to retreat to after facing too many crowds at the Ancient Town or on the road. Nicola and his wife were very welcoming, friendly yet non intrusive. It was truly a treat to wake up everyday to the padi fields and their bevy of pets! The design of the rooms are very well thought about - think super clean bathrooms, dual reading lights, tonnes of charging points and a little nook to look out or have your coffee at. It was one of the cleanest homestay we’ve been in around SEAsian and by far, one of the best experience. We loved that it was only a 1+ km ride/walk anywhere, and there were minimarts and late night eats all around. We felt we made the right choice in La Terraza compared to the cookie cutter hotels in town. If you are in Hoi An for an anniversary or honeymoon, pick this place!

Positive points: La terrazza is a wonderful spot in the hoi an centre. Good position, Great room. Their staff is amazing and very helpful. The owner, Nicola, is friendly! He helped us to have the best experiences in the city (he booked for us a lantern’s making in the best place). Thank you Nicola, you gave us unforgettable trip!

Positive points: Host -Nicola is simply superb. Loved the ambience and the way he treated us. stay was like home and people around was so good. He and his family were so lovely and gentle with us.

Review: I like the ambience of Terrace because it offers a rich country view within a Vietnamese community surrounding the homestay with city life available within 15 minutes walk to the Ancient Town. It was a plus to have thoughtful details in the (Garden) room. The owners are very courteous and helpful. I found a stray cat from the market and wanted to keep it-it was just 2 nights before I moved in my rental home. I thought the owners would not allow the cat but they said it would be fine and let the cat stay in my room. I definitely would recommend this place to my own friends and family if they come visit me in Hoi An.

Positive points: The property has a cute garden farmhouse feel.. nice & cozy.. very close to the old town but it's not surrounded by buildings. Nikola is the man who deserves cheers... What an amazing host! He makes you feel at home, amazing breakfast with generous quantity, free bicycle, well made and spacious, comfortable and clean rooms... Everything is just perfect.

Review: Đường đi hơi ngoằn ngoèo, trẻ nhỏ và người già nên thuê taxi đi. Khi đi nên mang theo kem đánh răng và bàn chải riêng. Máy lạnh lâu mát vì khá cũ. Anh chị chủ nhiệt tình dễ thương. Chị Yến tư vấn nhiệt tình. Đi lại giữa các phòng nên cẩn thận các cành cây vì có kiến lửa, các bé ở nhà chạy chơi đã bị cắn khá nhiều

Positive points: Amazing stay in comfortable home-stay style accommodation. Nicola was the most accomodating and attentive host, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His banana pancakes were not to be missed and the view from the communal space over the rice patties and water buffalo were fantastic.
