Positive points: The staffs were very kind and amazing. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.

Review: the hotel is really good and you have everything you need close to you. the form costs 5$ p.p. not per for the whole room! you can rent bicycles and you can refill your water :)

Review: I've read earlier that some guests have found the staff to be dishonest, but I still decided to give Lucky House a try as I was more concerned over cleanliness. But it was a mistake.

We were a group of four and rented two motorbikes from them for the day. When we returned at the end of the day, the owner told us that we could use the motorbikes for free the following day til noon. The next day, when we got down from our rooms, the owner was nowhere to be found and the staff insisted we pay the additional rental. Asked them to call the owner to verify his promise, they said the phone was spoilt when it was merrily ringing away just a while ago. And all of a sudden the staff couldn't understand English. But ask them about the transport we're booking through them to return to Danang, and the staff could understand English again.

Be careful, the owner appears friendly when he meets you, but he's just out to fleece you. The "taxi" they arranged for us was just USD 2 cheaper than a normal taxi but the vehicle's probably from pre-war, with no A/C, wires hanging around, and the shifter about to come out of its socket.

My advice: Stay away.

Review: We had a nice stay in lucky house, had two large beds in a standard twin room. Very close to main attractions ie bars, restaurants. In a quiet area. Can hire bicycle to go to beach. Friendly staff. Although they close doors around 11pm but receptionist sleeps inside

Review: I stayed for 3 nights and everything was fine. Although located on the main road to An Bang Beach, there was no problem with traffic noise at night. Plenty of options for breakfast and meals within a minute by foot from the hotel. Booked bus to the airport for US$5

Review: Great room, very spacious, ditto for the bathroom and it was clean. Good Internet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location to see Hoi An and the trip to my son they organised for us was great

Review: the rooms were not the greatest and they had a bit of a damp smell. The location is good though as its a short walk into the real busy areas.
