Review: The place is really beneficial it’s near to all the places that tou would like to see in Hoi an. We’ve got a lovely room with an amazing balcony, the owner is very friendly and helpful, I got sick there and she cooked a meal for me.
I will get back there surely❤️❤️

Positive points: A really great location, only a five minute walk to the town. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy.

Review: I usually rate high but this hotel was a money grab .
They charged me 3 percent on my credit card.
Then charged me 4 times the going rate for my laundry.
There is no way this is a five star hotel .
I have never stayed at a hostel but I imagine this is one step above .
I don’t recommend it.

Positive points: The hotel is in a great location, quiet but super close to the old town and very cheap. The owner was very nice and offered to give us another room after we told her about my partners asthma and bad conditions of the room. Unfortunately we had already booked another hotel so we didn’t have the chance to check other rooms out.

Positive points: Lovely host, was very helpful and attentive. Always had a smile on her face. The property is in a great location aswell, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Also very good value for money. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean. Nothing bad to say.

Review: 1) Hotel has no lift.
2) Multiple shower heads draining with water.
3) Water constantly seeped into the bedroom from shower. Making the room wet and slippery all the time.

Positive points: Very new and stylish hotel! Also very clean and extremely friendly & helpful staff.

Review: The location is decent and it's cheap accommodations. The day I checked in there was no toilet paper in my room. Had to walk back down to the desk and ask for toilet paper. No information given about anything. Only tried to sell me tours. Not much communication aside from that. It's cheap accommodations the room is decent for 1 person definitely not for 2. The bathroom would be flooded if I took a long shower. The water was not draining. The set up is weird. But u always get what u pay for. Decent for a budget hotel. There is an amazing cafe across the street Elle.

Review: This villa is run by a family who lives in the same building. At first I was disappointed with the room given to us because it was different from what was on the photos in Agoda, it wasn't that clean, toilet was also clogged and the food we ordered from the Villas wasn't good. But, I informed the owner, Mrs. Hong, about the discrepancies and she was kind enough to give us the room we expected to have which was the room with the Garden Terrace - it was beautiful, clean, and exactly what's in the photos. It is the best room they have in my opinion. They also have bicycle rental and offer tours. I really appreciate how Mrs. Hong helped us have a great stay and turned around disappointment to astonishment. The location is also good! Quiet but nearby (walking distance) to the famous Ho Ai River, souvenir shops and tourist spots.

Positive points: The host was the most lovely women we have met along our 2 month trip
The bed was comfortable
Brilliant location only 10 minutes from the Main Street
The room was clean
Very accommodating: you could hire bikes, get your laundry done, and book trips/transport with the lady who own the hotel (for extra cost)
Even brought up candles when power cut
We loved the town and the hotel so much we stayed 2 extra days

Review: Host Hung is a very nice and friendly lady. Location is super convenient to old town

Positive points: Amazing place to stay in Hoi An. Not far from the markets and busy area - 15 mins walk.

The host was amazing. She truly helped me a lot by exchanging money, helping me rent a scooter and booked trips for me.

The room itself was clean. Shower was powerful and hot. The bed was ridiculously comfy.

I would definitely come back.

Review: I booked a room with outside view, but instead was given a room with no windows. The room looks clean at first but we later on saw cobwebs and a spider. I hope they can also use fresh and clean sheets because the one in our room felt old/scratchy in the skin.

Apart from that, the location was perfect (most tour spots are walking distance) and the host was really nice.

Positive points: Excellent location, very near to the old town and very helpful staff. Shuttle services are significantly cheaper than if you were to book through Grab. My family booked 2 rooms for our 1 week stay in Hoi An and it helped significantly with our custom suits, bags and shoes since we needed to revisit couple of times for fittings.

Review: Marina hoian villa location is faboulous, near the river, japanese bridge, ancient town..just by walking.
Breakfast served with a lot of option, banh mi with omelet or another hoianese delicacy such as my quang, pho w/ pork, etc. Everything was delicious...
