Review: The new room is fresh and clean, and for lunch, please order from the restaurant's set menu, which will be very delicious and well-prepared.

Review: The hotel may not be newly built, but it is clean and conveniently equipped.

Review: There is no hot water, the wifi is very poor, and the room cannot catch 4G, so entering the house means there is no internet at all.

Review: Upon checking in, the staff informed me that there were no rooms available (I booked through Agoda) and then suggested transferring me to another guesthouse or upgrading me to the attic floor. In the end, I had to take my money back and leave. Not a single word of apology.

Review: I booked 4 nights based on it's own description. In fairness the hotel is lovely and the views are fantastic.
But it's unwelcoming, flat, drab, characterless..the staff are like stoned zombies..I've seen babies born quicker than the staffs responses to anything asked of them.
This place is miles from anywhere, but if you know exactly what you want, perhaps speak Vietnamese, and like to taxi to every meal then I guess the place is OK...it does look OK mind.

Review: we really like the scenery from our room balcony. We stayed in a bay view room which was so clean and big. Dont be surprised if you find the bed a bit hard since it is the vietnamese standard. The location was great if you enjoy watching beautiful beach and halong islands. If you prefer a hotel in the town center with all convenience and food, this might mot be the one. Very nice stay. Worth our money
