Positive points: Vị trí gần đường bao biển, trung tâm.

Negative points: Nhà vệ sinh là thứ mình không ưng lắm.

Review: This accommodation was not as expected. The spa bath in room was not working and when I turned on the shower it flooded the bathroom due to a broken pipe. It seems it had been like this for sometime however not fixed for some reason. We changed rooms which was better. The location was okay depending on what your plans are.

Review: Overall an average hotel but the receptionist must be English literated. During check out, I been ask to pay for the can drink which is not exist in the minibar. Please check your minibar and fridge when u check in.

Review: I had a great time! But no one in the hotel or surrounding area spoke any English. The website said they did.
I found out info on tours and travel from a travel centre about 20 walk away and taxi drivers.
The hotel is new ... so best to print out a map as people don't know it..
I recommend the hotel but if you speak English the staff cant help you.

There are places to eat near bye.... only great local food.... .

It is a 15 min drive from the Halong Bay boat tours...
