Review: I discovered this place in 2018 and ever since I'd always stayed here whenever I came to HCM city (so 5-6 years in a row). But this time when I came back, apparently Covid changed everything. The decorations were changed, they changed the rooms and interior, my room used to be at the loft, now got moved to 3rd floor, where had 2 windows but none could be opened. Curtains were broken, so was the hot water. Everything just felt so run down. I booked for 3 nights but after the first night, I moved out. The receptionist wouldn't even bother to ask why.

Review: The rooms are clean, the owner is very friendly, there are a few noisy pigeons outside but it's okay 💕 convenient location, the only thing that needs improvement is that the TV is sometimes working and sometimes not, and the YouTube app connection is a bit weak.

Review: first of all, the lobby is dark and old looking. Lift is slow Room looks clean but old. Aircon is far away from the bed, right under outside the washroom. Washroom door has a step that can trip and fall if not careful. Curtain not functioning. No free coffee or tea. Free water only for day 1. Didn't make up my room when hang the the sign out. Sharp edge bed frame. Cut and bled myself and could wear shoe the next day. The tipping point was the water. I Had never came across no provision of water when the 2 bottles ran out. I booked 3 nights and decided to check out after 1st night. No, I will never book this hotel again.

Review: Pleasant stay. Not as noisy as we expected since it is HCMC. Other than the kitchenette lacking in dinnerware, it was nice cooking daily for my family.

Only issue is poor water heaters that don’t get hot at all at night. Had to shower in cold water. Everything else was good!

Positive points: The staff at the property were amazing with us! They were so helpful and considerate. The room was spacious and clean! Air con works amazingly!

Positive points: The owner Mr Siu, his wife and their staff were not just friendly but were very caring of us. They went out of their way to make sure we were well cared for daily. They even helped run errands for our group. This is way beyond the call of most hotels. This is surely on hotel I will always stay at each time I go to Ho Chi Minh. The rooms aee exceptionally large and even has a kitchen. Such great value for money. Perfect for long stays.

Positive points: The room! There are three of us, so we book a room for 3 people. One queen size bed on one section while the other has two single bed. Each section has their own bedroom! We are so happy with the room. The beds are so comfy.
