Review: Amazing warmth and care by their staffs. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Must also mention their restaurant: sumptuous breakfast even provided takeaway for my early flight. Their beef noodles (pho bo) is a must-try - most tender beef I’ve ever tasted. Central location within a short walking distance to numerous points of interest.will definitely stay there again on my trip. Thanks Dave & his colleagues - par excellence.

Positive points: Beautiful bedroom, great shower, toilet separate, balcony with view on Hanoi Lake in the Old Quarter.
Dave at the reception couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. There is no lift at the property but he brought our luggage up and down when we left. We liked the breakfast menu choice which we filled in the evening. Our breakfast was excellent and ready in the morning.

Review: From even before we arrived we felt welcome at La Belle Maison! Mr Dave sent us a welcome and useful information and was very quick to get back to us with our questions.
The hotel is beautiful, a lovely old building in the heart of the Old Quarter, so super convenient for getting around and accessing different tours and activities.
It has many original features which add to the charm and although there is no lift it is only 5 floors to top rooms and 6/7 to breakfast room and rooftop bar, both of which have excellent offerings and views. The stairs are a good way to work off all the delightful food in Hà Nội!!
Mr Dave is an absolute treasure, from explaining where to go, how to get around, to booking meals and massages, and even supplying earplugs in case we were disturbed by the exuberant celebrations when Vietnam won the soccer!
Don’t worry it is not a noisy hotel and we were not disturbed at all by usual traffic.
Nothing is too much for him and he is so happy to help.
Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a truly fabulous experience of Hà Nội

Positive points: We stayed at this hotel for a total of three nights during our trip, and it was the perfect base for exploring Hanoi. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the service is outstanding. The gentlemen at the front door are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything you need.

A special shoutout to the staff and Dave, who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well—thank you, you’re the best! We’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends visiting Vietnam.

Review:
We stayed for only 1 night on a weekend in November. It was very clean and well maintained with beautiful architecture, including large double door balcony, a large clawfoot bathtub and a comfortable bed and nice shower.

Our room however was a total agoda special, meaning that the entrance was right next to the "reception lobby" which in reality is a desk at the landing of a set of stairs.

We felt a little uncomfortable with the proximity to the receptionist, however he was professional and a little overly helpful but this is what you get with a boutique style stay.

Noise levels were incredible due to a festival occurring right outside on the street, however the boutique was thoughtful and included ear plugs.

One issue we had was that the bathtub couldn't fill with hot water and ran out, and also did not hold water long enough to take a bath together.

The included breakfast was wonderful and delicious being served on the rooftop patio, in a intimate setting.



Finally,

The location is fantastic. You need to enter the circle K and walk up the stairs to get to the boutique. We found the proximity to unlimited snack source extremely wonderful, and we truely felt like VIP status as we walked with snacks in hand at any hour of the evening.

Agoda users should request a room on a higher floor to avoid the close contact with Dave, however he was helpful and extremely professional, my personal taste is to have privacy when I am coming and going from my room.

Positive points: I spent 5 nights at this wonderful place. When I arrived I got surprised by a free room upgrate. The rooms are spacious, stylish, clean, the bed is comfy and it has all the amenities you need. There are 6 rooms, with a little balcony, 3 of them facing the lake, 3 facing a little street. I read other reviews complaining about the breakfast- I can't agree with that. There are so many options you can choose. The location couldn't be better. It's in the heart of oldtown. But what makes this place really special, is the way the take care of their guests. Again a big THANK YOU Dave, Maike and the rest of the staff. I'm a frequent traveler and spend lots of time in Asia. And I have had a lot of good experiences. But at La Belle Maison it feels like they make it to their mission that your stay is the very best possible. It's way over the normal friendly help you get at other places. So thank you again. Review: We had a wonderful stay here in Hanoi! The location is excellent—close to all the main attractions and local food spots.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Dave and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering great recommendations and assistance whenever needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome.

Review: This was our second stay at La Belle Maison and I hope that we will have the opportunity to return to Hanoi and stay there again in the future. The room is beautifully furnished, spacious and a lovely balcony overlooking the street life and the lake. But Dave and his team are the highlight - for the highest standards of service they provide.

Positive points: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel LaBelle in Vietnam. The location is excellent, situated in the old quarter and just a short walk from the serene lake. My room had a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Dave and his colleague, Mike (I believe that’s his name). They went above and beyond, assisting us even before we arrived in Vietnam by arranging transfers and ensuring everything went smoothly. They also handled our luggage with care throughout. Highly recommended for both the service and location!

Review: I had a wonderful experience at La Belle Maison. The location is convenient, step out the door to see Hoan Kiem Lake, and another door leads you to the Old Quarter. Positive points: We toured Vietnam for three weeks and stayed at La Belle Maison on our third day. Honestly, it was the best experience of our entire trip. The staff, especially Dave, was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to take care of all our needs.

The room was very clean and beautifully designed. During our stay, we booked a 3-day trip to Ha Long Bay. After returning, we had a layover of about 4–5 hours. Without us even mentioning it, Dave realised this and insisted we ask the driver to drop us at La Belle Maison with our luggage. This way, we wouldn’t have to drag it around unnecessarily.

It was such an amazing experience. 10/10 and would absolutely come back!

Review: Beautiful hotel! spacious well decorated rooms with a grewt view directly over the lake. The staff is exceptional! Dave&Mike went above and beyond to help&accommodate us in every way. They sre all so friendly and upbeat that you cannot help but also be happy. The location is amazing, we walked everywhere from the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the funny entrance through the supermarket made it feel like a cool hidden speakeasy hotel. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Positive points: This place is a gem. The location cannot be better - the property faces Hoan Kiem lake on one side and the old quarter on the other. Rooms are thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast is delicious and there are lots of options. However, what we appreciate the most is the staff - every single one of them is super friendly, helpful, and dedicated. We will be back.
