Positive points: The owner was amazingly kind and friendly! He helped us with settling our subsequent transport bookings. Rooms and facilities were spotless clean.
Negative points: Bed was rock hard

Positive points: Fantastic rooms with nice comfortable beds. Great shower and good Air Conditioning. The location is nice and close to everything around there but off the major streets so not too loud. Owner was very nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

Positive points: We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, super clean, large, with good AC and wifi connection. The hotel is in a good location, close to many restaurants, coffee shops and the fish market. Aside from all this, the owner was amazing! He helped us with everything during our stay: he rented a bike for us, he booked us a boat tour, he arranged a bus to Ninh Binh which picked us up from the hotel and he even gave us advice about travelling in Vietnam. He is a really great person and I fully recommend staying at his hotel!

Review: The host is very enthusiastic. They support the guests wholeheartedly. When I returned, they even took me to a delicious noodle restaurant to eat. If I have a chance to go to Quang Ninh again, I will definitely stop by here to stay.
