Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel

Positive points: The staff was amazing. When I checked in they only had a room on the lower level by the door. I expressed I didn’t feel comfortable and the next day they upgraded my room with a balcony. They were so sweet and helpful.

Positive points: Sunny made my stay truly unforgettable! Among the three Hoianese hotels—Hoianese Central, Hoianese Heritage, and Hoianese Boutique—I have to say that Hoianese Boutique is my favorite.

When I checked in, Sunny welcomed me warmly and provided a detailed map of Hoi An. She walked me through the city’s must-try delicacies, suggested activities to do around town and nearby, and even shared tips on staying safe.

The room was clean, newly refurbished, and came with a bathtub! I had chosen the most affordable option, so my room was on the same floor as the lobby and didn’t have a window to the outside. While you can hear some noise from the lobby, it’s mostly just people passing by, and nothing disruptive.

One of the thoughtful touches I loved was the free tea and Vietnamese coffee offered near the lobby. If you’re not familiar with how to prepare Vietnamese coffee, the staff is happy to teach you.

My stay at Hoianese Boutique was incredible, thanks to all the small, thoughtful details and Sunny’s outstanding hospitality.

Positive points: - Room is clean and big with a window, seems to be newly designed. Bed is comfortable and new towels were replaced everyday which was nice. The bathroom was comfortable and had hot water for a very long time.
- Helen and Sunny were very kind and helped us a lot with transport and more. Coffee and tea is available for free.

Positive points: The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is located away from the busy area. yet it's just a 10-minute walk to the old town. Additionally, the hotel offers some fantastic tours that are definitely worth taking. Last but not least, Sunny truly makes a difference always responsive and proactive. Every recommendation provided was spot on.

Positive points: Absolutely beautiful hotel with above 5 star service. It's brand new so all the fixtures, sheets, blankets etc are all new. Comfortable beds with amazing pillows. We were at the back of the hotel away from the street and it was extremely quiet. They even upgraded us because the hotel wasn't full.

What makes this a 5+ star experience was the receptionist Sunny. The best service experience we have had in 6 weeks of traveling. When you arrive she sits down with you for about 15 minutes so you can take advantage of Hoi An and everything it has to offer. They provide a very helpful map with all their best recommendations of Tailors, tours, restaurants etc. Sunny took care of all our reservations and made sure we knew the famous dishes and landmarks of the city. She knows everyone by name and runs around making sure everyone is taken care of with a big smile on her face

Positive points: It’s a really nice boutique hotel located very close to the Old Town. The place has all the amenities and the hosts were wonderful. Sunny, Helen and Gavy were very helpful in booking us tour packages at the last minute and didn’t charge us extra. We had a plumbing issue in our room and they fixed with promptly. We had an amazing stay at the Hoianese Old Town hotel and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Positive points: Great location and lovely staff. Very helpful and offer help with sorting loads of activities. Lots of free coffee and refreshments too :) would highly recommend!
