Positive points: Stayed in a Deluxe Room with a city view, and it was a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the city with lanterns hanging across the line along the road. The staff were friendly and helpful, Ny was so helpful to support me to book the grab, and the location was perfect—close to the Old Town but still quiet.

Breakfast was fresh & good, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and relaxing

Review: It is my family's first time in Hoi An and this hotel did not disappoint. Budget friendly and the location is perfect. Please book the riverside view room!! The staffs are the sweetest and very helpful, i love them. They even gave us a card with a sweet letter before we leave 💖 highly recommend!!

Positive points: We loved our big bed and comforts of room. Lovely helpful staff. Attractive hotel. The pool is next to a road but a nice feature. Breakfast is good. Only one drink allowance though.
But location is great. Not too noisy, but right near everything. Over the river is a really noisy touristy area. Hundreds of lantern boats and souvenirs and bars. This hotel is next to a bridge. Very convenient. Good shower too.

Positive points: The staff was very nice and helpful, they helped us purchase discounted tickets for a show and a food tour. They agreed to let us leave our bags before and after our arrival. The place is a few minutes walk from the old town, restaurants, bars and shops.

The location was convenient, offering easy access to local attractions with a few minutes walking distance and the hotel is less noisy area. There is ATM machine across the hotel and spa beside the hotel for relaxation after whole day of activity.
