Review: We loved our time at Lisa Homestay, the staff was very pleasant and had a variety of services on site we didn’t expect. We rented a motor bike one day and the transaction was seamless!

Positive points: The location was perfect, near the old town and right next to the river, where can be found some BBQs for the evening. The very last one on the left hand side (walking from Lisa's towards the river) was wonderful and the chef was very kind and interesting!! Everyone was very kind, the place is immaculate and cosy, don't hesitate, stay there!!

The homestay has an awesome location, directly at the night market and only a short walk away from the Old Town, the main tourist spot.

Positive points: Lisa is an excellent host. The room was on the 3rd floor.. There was a lift to carry the luggage. Room and bathroom was clean. Neighborhood was awesome with many restaurants in walking distance. The old town and connecting bridge were hardly 5 to 7 mins walk. I highly recommended this hotel, not sure why it's not rated higher.

Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful. We felt at home in the spotless, clean room and we were well taken care of when we booked bicycles, a scooter, laundry service and airport transportation.

And what a perfect location! It was quiet for walking , sightseeing & shopping in the day, and bustling in the evening with lantern boats on the river and just steps away from the night market. At the end of a vibrant evening it was a clean, comfortable haven for us to easily escape to, surprisingly quiet with the balcony doors closed.

Review: Everything was 10/10 and I literally don't have a single complaint! The location is perfect, the rooms and the whole house are modern and sparkling clean, the shower is hot, the beds soft, AC and fans... There's even a luggage lift so you don't have to carry your bags up. And Lisa and her team are just absolutely lovely, kind and helpful ❤️ they do your laundry and once they spotted me walking outside under the rain and gave me a lift on the scooter home. Thank you!

Positive points: This is one of the best places to stay in Hoi An! Right in the middle of the action. Not at all far from Ancient Town and the River. With restaurants and shops around you're right next to whatever you need, whenever you need. You could sit by the river till late night and take a leisurely 3 minute stroll and you're back at Lisa Homestay 2. The gate opens up into the Night Market and the rooms are so spacious, clean, comfortable beds, hot kettle, hot and cold water with rain shower. There is absolutely no complaints.

Ohh bonus point, the property does not have a lift for people but there is a luggage lift so you do not need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Don't be concerned with ""no lift" because the hotel takes care of you not having to carry the luggage up.

Totally recommended.

Review: Location was great, room was clean and definitely value for money. Had a really good 2 night stay here as it was pretty quiet at night despite being in the middle of the night market. Bathroom was big and we had the balcony view too. It's walking distance from a lot of the food places and you step right out into the night market. There are a lot of nail salon and massage places around the homestay as well.

Positive points: It was perfectly located in the Old Quarter and we were actually on the street with a night market and very close to the river. Ran by a wonderful family! They were so hospitable and accommodating from the moment we walked in. And very affordable for the value and prime location!

This is also the best place to stay, nearby the river and the street is so beautiful! It's also the street where the night market is. We visited during the lantern festival and made the best choice choosing this property!
