Positive points: The location is excellent, just behind the river. The host is very polite and well-behaved and super helpful.

Review: Owner is very nice and friendly. He delivered what i requested him to do such as booking a tour and preparing early breakfast for me. Location is near Hoi Ann ancient town and also the night market..

Positive points: The family room is spacious, facing the small road leading to the ancient town, night market and river. Best location.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, and everything looks new. Host and hostess are kind, and do everything you ask for including arranging for tour or massage.

Breakfast is good which includes one drink and one main each pax, and a plate of fruits to be shared.

Review: Perfect location. Night Market and lantern bridge just a walk away!!! Very warm welcome and response from the owner. Will definitely recommend !!

We had a great time with this homestay. The rooms are clean, comportable, and the location is perfect! since it is very near to lantern release activity, night market, coffee shops and restaurants and SPA.

The food are delicious and healthy.
Mr. Bien and his wife are very helpful and kind. They also had a car that we rent with a good deal price going to My Son Sanctuary and Da Nang. Super recommended for those who will visit Hoi An Vietnam.

Positive points: The location is very handy, right in the night market and the ancient town so we could walk around easily. The room was clean with good facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review: The location is very near Hoi An night market and ancient town. There are a lot of good eating place near the area. They also allow us to keep our luggage upon check out while we still explored Hoi An in the afternoon. On our way back to DaNang, they offered car service that is much cheaper than Grab fare. The room is a bit small for our group of 3 but still very comfortable. No elevator as well but it's a good morning exercise going to the top floor for the breakfast. They serve good coffee!

Positive points: This cozy little stay at Hoi An is run by a family. Its a straightforward basic stay with all amenities. The owner was very welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Its walkable from the city town center, attractions and night market. They offer bicycles on rent as well!

Review: It is a 4-storey building that near to the hoi an night market. Owner is very friendly. There is a small little lift to carry luggage.

Positive points: The location of the hotel is great, in a quiet area but just a few minutes walking from the night market and the river. Rooms and spacious and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helped us book our tours and night bus. I would definitely recommend this palace when staying in Hoi An.
