La An Old Town Hotel

Review: Faciloty are bad and not suitable for children.
Good for solo traveller.

Positive points: The property is right at the center of hoi ann old town. Both lilly and anna greeted us with a big smile. Showed us what can be done and helped us book important tour at a very good rate!
They both made sure that our stay was as comfortable it gets!
I would definitely come back to this place!

Review: Bad experiance on the facility.
The worst even stay hotel which bath with no hot water. And spoilt equipment in the room.
While with no TV but all the wire's hangging on the wall with the TV box and aerial line.
Mold at the wall of the washroom.

Positive points: Great location and great staff. Room was basic but comfortable. And great value for the money. We at one point didn’t have hot water but this was sorted very quickly. Ann the manager was super helpful and booked a few things for us without any hassle. Breakfast was lovely. it was also lovely to stay in An HOI Which is a little inlet island with a lovely vibe.

Positive points: Lily and Anna were such wonderful hosts here. Lily in particular was very welcoming and accommodating to me - she greets everyone with a smile and helped to recommend a few things to me, including day tours, the Memories show, and tailors.
This accommodation is so central to everything you need. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again

Review: Everything was great during the stay except the fact that the room doesn't have a working desk and wifi wasn't stable. The receptionist was so kind to let us checkin earlier than expected time. Appreciated that.

Positive points: Our room was decent, all the basics but nothing too luxurious. Breakfast was tasty and had quite a good variety. Located in a quiet street just around the corner from night market and the river

Review: Everything is ok, just I don’t like the staff keep promoting their trip to coconut forest and Bana hill.

Positive points: Location was super central but still tucked in a corner street away from all the bar music. Shower had piping hot water which I found was so rare for places in Vietnam and Ana the receptionist was friendly and helped us with anything we needed :)

Positive points: Our stay at La An Old Town Hotel was an absolute delight! Ana and Lily, the hosts, were incredibly kind and sweet—so attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and taken care of, offering great recommendations and making sure all our needs were met.

The location couldn’t be better! The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic Hoi An Japanese Bridge and other major attractions, making it super easy to explore the charming old town. You can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of Hoi An, with everything within walking distance.

The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, with a lovely atmosphere that perfectly matches the charm of Hoi An. If you're visiting the area, La An Old Town Hotel is a must-stay. We had such a memorable experience and will definitely return!

Review: Location was great. However the room is small and it has a mouldy smell. At night the hot water didn't work and it took us some time before sleep.

Review: The most friendly staff are here. As soon as you come in, you will be greeted warmly. Tell you the services you might need which saved us so much time from researching as we needed laundry service and to book our transportation from Hoi Ann to HCM. They assisted us. They never failed to feel us welcome whenever they see us. Before going we had a great time chatting with Lily. Such a darling. Their location is also perfect. ^^
