Review:
This hotel is in a very strategic location, just a short walk to the Hoi An Night Market, which made it super convenient for my family and me to explore the area.
During check-in, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and transparent—she informed us that our rooms were undergoing renovation and might have an unpleasant smell. To ensure we had a comfortable stay, she arranged for us to stay at a nearby hotel instead. We really appreciated her proactive approach and kindness!
The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh and flavorful, making it a perfect start to the day.
The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome and taken care of.
Overall, we had a great experience, and the combination of the prime location, excellent service, and delicious breakfast made our stay in Hoi An truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
Positive points: Nice clean Homestay run by a lovely family. Very good location and walkable to night market and old town Hoi An in minutes. A nice breakfast was provided with choices from several menu items. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Hoi An.
Negative points: Nothing
Review: Friendly Family run Homestay. Very Clean, Large Rooms and close to the eateries and shops. Would stay here again!
Positive points: Location. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The found a good driver for us.
Negative points: The bathroom is really small. The door doesn’t close completely. All the rooms involves flights of stairs. Breakfast is limited.
Review: Enjoyed our stay with positive aspects like the staff are friendly and the location was convenient which is walkable to Hoi a night market. Overall, a pleasant experience with good value of money
Positive points: Excellent homestay! They were lovely hosts!
Review:
Location: It is close to the Ancient town as well as the night market and food court with cooking lessons offered. It is also within walking (2 minutes) to the Lune Center for the AO bamboo show (next to the food court). Short driving distance to the coconut boat area by motorbike or Grab. Hotel offered drop off and pickup with ticket to the coconut boat. Even though it cost slightly more but the convenience of personal care is worth it.
Room: The room is clean and came with AC and fan. It has a great view of the street from the window. At night time, Noise is easily heard due to one of the neighbors who like to blast loud Karaoke music and sings to it. Yes, noise because his voice is off tone. But it stops around 9 pm.
Facility, there is no elevator (lift). The host can help carry your luggage if requested. I had only a backpack, so the stair was not an issue.
Meals: Breakfast was provided with Western to Vietnamese menu. It was good as the host personally prepares the individual meal.
Payment: Only cash - no credit card.
Life in a small island town where you can see birthday celebration a few doors down from the hotel.
Positive points: Nice family hosted homestay. We had two rooms beside each other for a family of 5. Rooms are clean and seem quite new. The hosts are very friendly, and the lady speaks OK English. They will help you organise tours if you want, our bike riding tour around the areas outside of Hoi An was organised by them at the last minute and was great. Location is only a minute or 2 walk from the night markets and main streets of Hoi An along the river which can be really pumping at night, but far enough away to not be disturbed by the noise. Definitely recommend.
Review: The staff (Liu) was very helpful and set me up with a ride from the airport and went out of her way to make sure I was alright getting in. But once I got in, the room they gave me was at the very top (no lift!) and the AC didn't work! So it was hot and stuffy. Fortunately they let me stay in another room that night and fixed the AC for my second night - they moved my stuff back to the original room while I was away. Overall, nice and affordable option but it's quite basic. It feels hospitable like a homestay should but also not as professional as a hotel would.
Positive points: A clean and pleasant place. Lovely and very comfortable room. Room 301 has a balcony which is perfect for me. No noise at all from the streets and a perfect and good sleep each night. The breakfast provided was good enough and cooked when ordered. There was nothing the host would do for you if you needed anything . Coffee and tea , water was provided daily . No room cleaning for the 4 days I was there but it didn’t bother. Walking distance 3 mins to the night market and plenty of restaurants. Early morning if you wanted to do local food on the streets it’s just a 1 min walk where you will find local vendors selling pho and congee. And if you take a walk to the local market there is plenty to see and eat . Very safe and mostly a beautiful place to visit.
Negative points: None
Review: very nice place, great family, helpful
Positive points: Very friendly owner who was cheerful and accommodating and spoke good English. She and her family made us very welcome.
Review: This homestay is near to all must see locations. Good facilities and most comfortable bed!
Positive points: Beds were comfortable, we could walk to everything. The staff are lovely and accommodating, even helping when our son was feeling sick.
Negative points: It was hard to get the right water temperature consistently in the shower.
Review: The location is perfect! Near night market and the iconic bridge of Hoi an with all the boats and lantern. Comfy bed, clean room, good breakfast!
Positive points: Great location, big clean rooms with everything you might need. The family is very nice and welcoming, we had a lovely time!
Review: Nice small family running it , they are very helpful if asked . Worth a stay and just 100 mtrs to night walking street shopping and food plenty of options . They had to wake-up early for let me go out for my airport . Thanks for the hospitality
Positive points: Amazing friendly hosts, great location and lovely clean room.
Review: Great location, super clean and lovely hosts. Delicious breakfast with several choices.
Positive points: The host were very friendly, gave us free water everyday, fresh towels everyday, and came into the room on the third day to sweep. Breakfast was included, nice and freshly made for us. A lovely family!! Also free bikes to use for the day.
Negative points: The room was tidy but it really needs a deep clean. Slightly different to the pictures, I had higher expectations for the room but everything else was great. A deep clean would go a long way!
