Positive points: I can’t speak highly enough about my stay at Square Villa! Everything was perfect. The rooms were excellent. The staff were great. They were attentive and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. Central for everything but on a quiet street. When I got food poisoning from a restaurant they made me a nice rice porridge and the best ginger tea I have ever tasted. The breakfast they provided was delicious every time. I felt safe and taken care of at the Square Villa. Even after we left and ended our stay at square villa they went above and beyond and helped us with anything we needed. Also, they do have a nice elevator. I would say Square Villa has been the most thoughtful, safe, and accommodating experience I have har in Vietnam. If I ever come back I would stay again and I will be recommended them to everyone I know!

Positive points: It was neat and clean and great for a 3 night stay ! The owner helped us to book our tours for the day and find us hotels at our next stop . She also gave great advice and we really appreciated her hospitality.

The staff at Square Villa truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor were a highlight of my visit. They even offered cheaper rates for taxis and tours when booked directly through the hotel, which was a thoughtful touch.

The breakfast deserves special mention – not only were the portions generous, but the cost was very reasonable, providing excellent value for money. There are also great restaurants and spas nearby, making dining and relaxation options incredibly convenient.

Square Villa Hoi An would suit both couples and families looking for a peaceful yet centrally located accommodation option. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hoi An!

Review: Nice stay for us. A family with children.

Positive points: the location of this hotel was very accessible to the main parts of hoi an. it is just a short walk away to the ancient town, and getting around was easy. despite the accessibility, it was not noisy at all. they even provided free bicycles, umbrellas, and recommended a driver to Da Nang train station who also helped keep our luggage on the car while we did one last shopping spree at lotte mall.

She already reached out while we were still in Philippines and I was really so grateful for her, she made our trip to Vietnam so convenient and I will always be thankful the top of the line customer service. From the driver to the housekeeping to the front desk all of the staff are so friendly and approachable. I will always recommend Square Villa Hoi An to everyone !!!!!!

Positive points: The location is fantastic if you want to enjoy Hoi An Old Town. The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much of a problem. I needed some jeans taken up and this was done for me within 24 hours. One night it was raining and the owner went out and picked up some dinner for us.
