Positive points: Location was wonderful - central to restaurants, retail and river .
Our host was so gracious and helpful and her son also assisted us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and easy . She supplied us with umbrellas and and with our taxi on departure .
Breakfast was great - varied choice offered - great coffee!
Our room was spacious , very comfortable beds, big bathroom with terrific shower.
And everything was super clean .

Review: From the minute I arrived I knew I wanted to book a few extras days. Which I did and it did not disappoint. Very close as in 2 min to Old Town and all the activity. Very quick at night except there must be some type of temple the night of Lantern Festival at midnight and wow it was loud, no control over that. Rooms are very big, bed was comfy. The hosts are very sweet. You can use a bicycle whenever you want. Breakfasts was good and always prompt. I would 100% recommend and stay here again!!

Positive points: Such a friendly family! The service is so adorable and the hole accommodation is gorgeous. It’s next to the night market and it has free bikes. I’ll recommend it to all my family and friends.

Positive points: Service was nice. The breakfast was very good. Free bicycles. Location was perfect, walking distance to the hot spot of the center of Hoi An, but the rooms were really quite.

Review: It was a very centrally located area and the woman who runs the homestay was very sweet. They booked a cab for us when we arrived but after 30 minutes of waiting we had to get a taxi...which was inconvenient but it was fine. We do wish we would have been told about ringing the doorbell to get back in (as they lock the gates/doors early) and we got locked out two times and had to wake them up—which we felt bad about. Would suggest having at least one vegetarian option for breakfast too. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and really liked the manager lady...she was very sweet.

Positive points: Perfect location, just off the main part of the old town, behind the busy riverside area. Lovely, friendly staff. Room was huge, high ceiling, very comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a lovely balcony to sit and relax. The best bit was the best breakfast we've had on our entire travels. It's that good. Perfect 10/10

Positive points: We had an amazing time staying here! The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start.

The location is perfect – wonderfully quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the charming old town. It was the best of both worlds! We also loved the option to borrow bicycles for free, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was great, with amazing fresh juice that we looked forward to every day.

Positive points: The owner and her family are the sweetest people. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to add an extra night. It was a great location to walk around the old town but not right in the thick of everything. The beds were comfy and breakfast was good.
