The owner is so nice and very helpful.
Great service and best location. So close to the night market. There are so many steet food, restaurants, bars, coffee shops.
Positive points:
It is a family run homestay. Not everyone can speak English but they try their hardest to help anyway. They arrange trip to My Son. The place is really clean. You have basic toiletries, fridge and kettle in the room.
We have simple breakfast, bread, omelet and coffee. On the day of our trip to My Son they did not prepare breakfast for us, saying there's not enough time because it started at 7.30am. When we complained, they replaced it with a simple dinner of bread and fried eggs.
If you want laundry done, they will arrange for.you at a small cost.
Negative points: It does not have an elevator. Thankfully, the host helped with our bags to the 3rd floor when checking in. But at checkout I felt like throwing my bags down the stairs because I did quite a lot of shopping. :-Dq

Booked 2 king rooms. 2nd on top floor a lot smaller.
Bum gun, no paper allowed into toilet.

Positive points: Great location to night market (although the night market is a 30min walk with all the same type of stuff) also close to hoi an old city which was great. Host is knowledgeable and tried to be helpful even though the property wasn’t really ready to accept tourists.
Negative points: No external windows or ventilation in our room. Breakfast was supposed to be included but wasn’t due to massive renovations happening at the property while we were there - Jack hammering at 7am…. Host tried to sting us for an additional 100k despite no breakfast for both days due to taxi driver waiting for a flight of ours (flight number was provided). Over all we stayed at better places and glad this was just 2 nights.

Review: Hotel located really close to night market but not directly at it which makes it quite and calm. Double rooms are very nice, family rooms, 4 people, do not have windows which is the only disadvantage. Owner is really helpful and speaks really good English.

Negative points: Stayed here for one night. Tired and in bed by 10pm, but the couple who lives at this homestay was arguing very loudly late at night for almost an hour, yelling at the top of their lungs and cursing at one another. We stayed on the third floor but we could still hear everything they were saying. They did not even try to stay quiet. We even heard someone walk upstairs to our floor a few times while they were yelling and we were afraid they would bother us. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe and it resulted in a poor night's sleep. We left extremely early the next morning because we did not feel safe there. This stay was not worth the amount that we were charged. It was extremely expensive and even though I provided my credit card information during my booking, they still made us pay that full amount in cash the day of. The full amount includes the credit card service charge and we were expected to pay that amount in cash even though our card was not charged. Because we paid in cash, we should not have been charged the credit card service charge, but they charged us any way. The host was quick to take our money the day we checked in but was not very friendly or welcoming. I wish we booked somewhere else.
Review: Ultra clean place, good service and frendly and helpful owners. Very good location at the end of night markets but still quiet.
Positive points: Really good location - can walk everywhere. The staff are all very friendly and helpful when booking trips, bike rental, recommendations, tailors, etc. Huang is great!
Negative points: You are charged for the daily water bottles in your room at the end of your stay. It’s not expensive but just didn’t realise. Not an issue.
Review: The hotel is next to the night market, just a few hundred meters (across the bridge) to the old town. It is very convenient to walk around to visit sites, take photos, and many restaurants and cafes. The owner is friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room is clean, spacious, and fully equipped with amenities.
Positive points: Loved the cleanliness and central location of this property. The room was lovely and had everything you would need. The owners of this property were so lovely and helpful. Would recommend.
