HY Local Budget Hotel by Hoianese - 5 mins walk to Hoi An Ancient Town

Positive points: Excellent hotel, great location, very friendly staff. I had a private room with a balcony, very nice. Great quality/price.

Review: It’s budget hotel but exceeded my expectation. It’s close to everything with lots of resto and coffee shops around. Few minutes walk to Japanese bridge and river lantern. The staff are very approachable, ready to help in anything, even give you tips where to eat and exchange money with a high rate. Special mention to Jenny and her co-staff for being attentive to guests with a smiling faces. Definitely stay again when I come back Hoi An. 🥰

Positive points: Very nice budget hotel, the staff is amazing, very helpful and you can book a lot of things through the reception. They also offer a free walking tour which was very nice! You can also get free water, coffee and tea whenever you like. I also got a 5% discount voucher for a tattoo shop!

Review: The place is in a good location just a couple of minutes to the old town. Room was clean. Furthermore, the staff was super helpful Emma and Jenny were there for any request and supported by any question.

Only minimal pain points were the noice, as the room door is not noice proof and the wifi, which was unstable from time to time.

Nevertheless, I recommend it.

Positive points: Overall enjoyed our stay a lot. Really friendly and helpful staff, we went on their walking tour too which was good. Room comfortable. Location really good for easy old town access.

Positive points: Nice hotel, staff especially emma was very helpful and explained everything so good to me. There is free coffee and tea the whole day, showers are hot and it's not far from the old town. So far my favorite accommodation in vietnam. Would totally recommend it.

Positive points: The hostel is really chill, the breakfast is huge and really nice and the location is rally good, walking ditance to all the atractions at the Ancient town. And the recepcionist Emma was really kice and helpful, they even gave me a gift when I left.

Review: The staff is super cute and friendly, the location is convenient as it is close to the pedestrian street and also leads into the old town. The room is clean but the amenities are a bit lacking (missing a TV). Everything is fine for the price and very suitable for those who want to stay near Hoi An Old Town but still want peace and quiet and an affordable price. Just step outside and there’s coffee, convenience stores, and local food right away.

Review: I stayed in female dorm for two nights. BAD SIDE of the hostel is: 1. The room is not ventilated and smells like mold, which makes you do not want to stay there for two long, 2. The water pressure in the bathroom is very wired, sometimes it is normal, sometimes it is not. 3. The water sink is too small I can barely wash my face there without spraying water out of the sink. GOOD SIDE: location is good, staff is nice, towel is changed everyday, they staff will give you a gift when you check out, and walked you out of the hostel, maybe that is why they have good reviews

Positive points: It was truly one of the best stays so far. The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The room was clean, and there are plenty of activities available, either free or very affordable.
