Review: Mold every where
Positive points: The location is 5min away from the ancient city so can’t be in a better location while being in a very quiet place facing the river.
Negative points: No noise isolation in the hotel as in most hotels in VN. The first night there was a karaoke and it felt like it was in our bedroom. I believe that was because of Tet holidays and it happened only 1 night. On the other hand cleaners stage themselves in front of bedrooms waiting for guests to exit their bedroom to clean them, which is fine but not when they start chatting outside your door… they wake hotel hosts up.
Positive points: Flexibility for us to deposit our luggage’s before check in time and extended late check out service to match with our return flight timing..
Negative points: Poor wifi in room 3

Review: Our family had a wonderful stay at this riverside resort. The room size was perfect for us, and the view was breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to shopping areas and with convenient parking. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend.
Positive points: Fantastic location - night market 3 mins away and the beautiful lantern lake . Old town also 10 mins walking . Lots of tailors too ! 2 pools - smaller one and bigger one with a pool bar .
Negative points: Lovely view of lake , friendly staff , we had a deluxe riverside - perfect 😍 Breskfast super too .
Review: We had a nice time at Vinh Hung. The resort is beautiful, very close to the night market, restaurants and cafes. The staff is very nice. The rooms were a little bit old but clean. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
Positive points: The staff very friendly and the pool was awesome but it was too cold to swim. The first night we received a free dinner that was really nice
Negative points:
The room smelt like mould the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, the was next to the bedroom backing onto the bathroom was water damage and looked mouldy.
The fridge didn’t work in the room

We cancelled our stay because of flight cancellation due to Typhoon Trami.
Ms Hoai Thung attended to me very professionally thru email & call.
I got refunded for my 4nite stay.
Appreciate & will definitely stay there for our next visit to Hoi An.

We so loved our stay at Vinh Hung Resort! It was an incredible spot for our family trip to Hoi An. Paradise! The breakfast buffet was extremely generous and delicious. The pools were incredible and an absolute highlight for the kids. The staff were warm and very accommodating. They made our daughter's birthday extra special!! The location is incredible, walking distance to the old town and right next to amazing food and dining options. The hotel also had amazing access to a private beach at An Bang and the process of booking cars and shuttles was so easy, and in the case of going to the beach - free! We will without a doubt be back and stay again.

Positive points: The refurbished riverside rooms and the swimming pool makeover all looked really good.
Negative points: The air-conditioning in the room provided cool or dry options only but no heating. The dry option didn’t do much and our riverside room became damp over our 5 day rainy stay. The rain was just the luck of the draw but a heating option in the room would have changed the comfort levels considerably.
Review: We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the free food tasting was awesome. It's a great location on the river, quiet and only 2 minutes walk from the main eating and drinking St.

Positive points: Of course, I really liked the location and their excellent services. The breakfast quality is outstanding, and the location in front of the beautiful lake adds a special atmosphere. It is also very close to the old town.
Positive points: The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but still an easy walk to Hoi An.
Negative points: Sometimes there was difficulty communicating our dinner requests.
