Review: We stayed 2 nights at Toro’s in Hoi An. The accommodation was very clean and the fixtures were modern and functioned well! There were many towels, free water, and they tidied our room during the day. We got a free room upgrade which was lovely!

The wifi didn’t connect very strongly and would drop a lot, made paying by card a challenge too.

We sent a message to the host about our arrival time, and later that morning sent an update about a slightly earlier arrival. When we arrived we had to wait an hour in the hot lobby to check in, as they did not receive my message. As well, we booked a car ride to Da Nang through the hotel and they booked an earlier time than requested, making us cut our trip in Hoi An shorter by a few hours as we Weber going to send away the driver who came for us, which was disappointing.

Overall, very nice rooms for the price and the cleanliness was impeccable! Just wish the service was more attentive.

Positive points: The location is absolutely perfect everything I needed was within easy reach. My stay completely met all my expectations. I would especially like to commend the host, who was incredibly kind, hospitable, and always ready to assist. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

Review: I have never been to Hoi An, so I tried searching for hotels and homestays, and I found Toro homestay, which is close to the old town, about a 3-5 minute walk. The location is quite convenient, and the homestay owner is very friendly and enthusiastic in recommending delicious places to eat and visit. The quality is excellent and the price is cheap, I recommend everyone to come here!

Positive points: The room is so clean, the bed is large and VERY comfortable. They clean the room daily eve though we are only staying 2 nights.
The location is really good, only 8 minutes walking to the Old Town.

It’s so worth the money, it’s not expensive but you got everything. The owner, Hanh and her husband are very nice and friendly. We arrived late at night, they were still waiting for us. They even contacted us for checking in with us

Review: The location is very convenient, the price is affordable, especially the owner is very friendly, advising on places to visit, good restaurants, and even lent me a motorbike to go shopping, and lent me 2 bicycles for night strolls as well. If I have the chance to visit Hoi An again, I will stay here and recommend this homestay to my friends.

Positive points: Fantastic stay, the family were so friendly and welcoming, helping us with whatever we needed. They arranged coconut boats for us, took us to get some shoes made and also provided airport transfer. The room was freshened daily and they provided complimentary water for us and clean towels! Location was amazing only seconds from the centre of the town. Would recommend 10/10

Review: An amazing location. Hidden in a quiet laneway just a short walk away from the best attractions, you'll find both peace and convenience.

The host was very helpful and attentive, and rooms were spotless, modern and better than most you'd get for the price.

If I ever return to Hoi An this is where I'll be staying.

Room is slightly small to fit 2 twin (queen) beds. Fair for amount money we pay. Room & toilet is very clear. Towels (big n small). Housekeeping is good.

Hotel lady is v friendly n can speak English. U can get her help to arrange booking for sight seeing n transfer. I took her service back to Danang @ VND280K. I paid almost 400k from Danang to Hoi Ann via Grab. V good stay in this Homestay.

Positive points: 100% would stay here again... there are so many homestays to stay at in Hoi An and we are so happy we picked this one!!. Kind and friendly owners, super clean, just a couple of years old and minutes from the action but quiet. Pick this one and save your time looking!

Review: The host is very nice. We stay at the hotel for two days and one of the day we came back all wet and the host quickly brought towels for us.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights stay.
Both rooms were equipped with tv,water heater, hair-dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, comb, toothbrush, hot water shower and well-functioned air-conditioner.
The hosts were really friendly. Miss Hanh and her husband welcomed us warmly. Miss Hanh speaks good english and accommodate us with lots of recommendations and service. She even upgraded one of our room as some issues occurred at that time. Going anywhere wasn't a worry at all. Her husband was always there to help/send us to our destinations. It's not free but it's cheaper than GRAB.
Miss Hanh also provided 7-seater-car to pick up and drop us to the airport. Again,it's not free but worth it. It was really convenient. We couldn't expressed more how much grateful we were towards them.
Location wise,it's located at the heart of the ancient town. Close to the river ,pubs, night market, local restaurants and ancient town's attractions. Everything is in walking distance.
All in all, TORO HOMESTAY is a RECOMMENDED place for you if you plan to stay at Hoi An.
