Review: This hotel is in the Hoi An ancient town and it’s appearance outside and in is authentic to the area. It is clean and has the facilities providing everything you need. The location is perfect for visiting the night markets that are only 150m away and there are ample local restaurants and bars within walking distance with very affordable prices. Likewise the markets.
The management and staff deserve
a special mention for moving us to a different room seamlessly when there was an issue with the door not locking. They were also very sympathetic and concerned when my wife and I separated when out walking and when we both returned separately very distressed they comforted us with their warm and friendly attention, gave us water making sure we were ok.
We recommend this accommodation to anyone that are travelling on a budget.

Review: Glad to stay in La An . Location is perfect , smack right in the old town neighbourhood. Cleanliness is 5 star for linen .
Buffet Breakfast is simple and plenty of hot foods are available.
Staff is helpful , informative and understanding . Local tours are available upon request . Lady boss is friendly.

Review: The hotel was nicely located slightly away from the noisy side of Hoi An. Every place was walkable and the hotel staff was friendly and helped us with the transport. The breakfast buffet was just right and could not go wrong (offering noodles soup and egg omelette or fried eggs) Hoi An is a pretty little town. Plenty of good places to eat, see and enjoy. We had a good time.
My only small feedback is that the shower (a the bathtub) does not come with a curtain and hence, the floor gets wet after takin a shower)

Review: I was horrified when we enter the room and there is a extremely strong mouldy smell. I thought maybe the furniture are old but when I look up at the roof, I saw mold on the whole roof and that where the horrible smell is coming from.
The location is great, it's mins walk from the night market and from the ancient town. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just don't book river view rooms. River view room are at the highest level where the roof are mouldy!!!!

Positive points: I have been to Hoi An several times, and this time I chose La An Central Boutique Villa as my accommodation for 3 days here. The hotel service is beyond excellent, every staff tries their best to make guests feel most comfortable. I am also very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet. Fresh fruits, ham, bacon, pho and banana cake... lots of choices for a western morning. The Vietnamese coffee is fragrant and hot, I really enjoy sitting by the swimming pool and sipping a hot cup of coffee after breakfast. It really makes me happy to start a new day well. One of the commendable things about the hotel is the hygiene, the rooms are clean, the beds are neatly folded, the towels are fragrant... I appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping staff, they try to give us a clean and cozy room in the chilly Hoi An winter. I love Hoi An, and will definitely come back to La An Central again!
