Review:
Nice place. Very close to many cafes and restaurants and a 12 min walk to the old city.
The staff is friendly
Positive points:
Very nice owner. I didn't feel well and he brought me coke :)
Room had everything i needed.
The location was great, nearby the market and busy streets, but still quiet.
Negative points:
Very hard bed.
The bathroom was not so clean, but for me okay.
Review:
We stayed at Bobe Homestay for one night as we explored Hoi An. The location is 5 minutes walk to the old town with great cafes and pharmacies etc nearby. The hosts were great!
The beds are Vietnamese style so harder than what you’d expect but we had a great nights sleep :)
Positive points: The location is good very close from the center ! You can rent bikes there
Negative points:
It was very difficult to communicate with the hosts as they don’t speak English !
Also the bed were terribly hard for occidental people ..
Review: Shower suddent out of hot watter during showing. This is not good.
Positive points: clean room, spacious
Review: The biggest positive of the place is the staff. And because of them, i feel really guilty about what I'm going to write. I wasn't too happy with the place. We had a roach in the room and in the bathroom. There's a pipe that leaks water on to the bathroom floor. So the bathroom is always wet. The room was very small but they did manage to give us a fridge in that. Value for the money i paid - maybe! Did it meet my expectations - no!
Positive points: Central location, free bikes, hard bed and decent TV. Overall good stay for Hoi An.
Negative points: The beds quite hard and noisy shower.
Review: I thought it was a whole house, we got a tiny room in the rooftop with 2 beds for 3 people. Everything are too small. Beds are incredible hard, we couldn’t sleep. Toilet is tiny and the door is see through. The neighbors weren’t welcome foreigners.

Negative points: the bed was like sleeping on the floor, so hard
