Positive points: Perfect location. Central and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Great host. We enjoyed very much the bamboo circus show in “Lune Center for the Performing Arts”.

Positive points: We had a really comfortable stay at Homie. The host family are all so kind, the breakfast is delicious and the location was perfect - close to everything without being noisy.

Positive points: The host was very kind and helpful. She was absolutely amazing and so was he. The kids were very kind. A great host family.
The breakfast that was included was delicious. We loved the mango pancakes with Nutella.
The room was very clean, tidy, and modern. The shower had great pressure and temperature.
The location was great. Very close to the night market and a short walk to the town. There is air conditioning in the rooms which is great.
We would definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Hoi An.

Review: This homestay has an excellent location for visiting the old city of Hoi An. The host is super friendly and kind. She lives on-site with her husband and two children, ages 4 months and 2.5 years old, so there is some normal children noises, including some nighttime crying (the kids were sick when we were there).

The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and flat screen tv worked great. We did have some trouble with hot water, as something broke while we were there, so we had no hot water for about 48 hours.

Breakfast was quite good and included in our stay. We got to say what time we wanted breakfast, and choose from several options.

I would recommend staying at this homestay, just be aware there are young kids living there too. That didn't bother us and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Review: Chủ nhà rất thoải mái và nhiệt tình. Phục đẹp và sạch sẽ. Nhóm mình vì vướng lịch nên quá thời gian check-out vẫn được ở lại và không tính thêm phụ phí. Ăn sáng được nấu ngon và tươm tất. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Positive points: First time to Hoi An and couldn’t have picked a better location. Everything is within walking distance. Warm and delicious breakfast of our choice included with our stay. Host is also a chef/owner at one of the restaurants on the strip of the night market. Hence the food was always spot on! The host is quick to respond and very resourceful. She speaks great English and makes it easier for us to communicate. She helped arrange our transportation to/from airport, bike rental to visit neighboring city, Da Nang. The name HOMIE HOMESTAY is definitely reflected in our stay. This place feels like home away from home. They treated us like family. We will definitely be back. They’re the best!!!

Review: 1. Đặt 2 phòng có ban công, nhưng cuối cùng chỉ có thể nhận 1 phòng và phòng cũng có vấn đề và phải chuyển 1 phòng qua 1 home stay khác gần đó, không theo đúng giá trị booking trên agoda. Điều này làm mình khá bực
2. Toilet của phòng có ban công bị vấn đề: không thể xả được. Đi chơi về mà không sử dụng được toilet và phòng có mùi hôi thì không thể chấp nhận được.
3. Về nhân viên thì rất hỗ trợ và thân thiện.
4. Địa điểm: thuận lợi để tham quan Hội An, ngay chợ đêm Nguyễn Hoàng, và chỉ cách phố cổ 5-7 phút đi bộ.
