Review: Need to update and refurbish certain parts of room areas
Review: We arrived early so the room we booked was not available yet. So we were asked if we were willing to use the other room which had 3 beds good for 2 each. We immediately said yes so we could check in earlier. The owner was very kind and helpful. We had to use the stairs but at least the room was located in the 2nd floor. Slippers were provided so it was clean all over the place. It was a really close walk to the market and to the bridge so it was very convenient for us, as we didn't have to take grab every time we would stroll around. The room was really large especially since we were only 4. Wish we could have stayed longer. Owner was very responsive, too.
Review:
Pros: Walking distance to night market (1min) and hoi an old town major attractions (5-10 min). Owner is friendly and responsive. Room is big and come with 3 double bed despite we expecting 2 double bed for family room. Toilet / shower room is clean and water power is strong
Cons: Aircond is not cold enough and only 1 HP for a big room specially during hot weather. Power plug sockets not enough, most of the sockets is malfunction. No shower gel, only soap is provided.
Review: Mình ở đây 1 ngày cùng gia đình, tầng 2 có ban công nhìn ra phố. Phòng rất sạch sẽ (một trong số các Homestay sạch nhất mình từng ở). Chị chủ nhà cũng rất dễ tính.

Review: This has to be one of the best stays we’ve had in the whole of our 3 months travel around South East Asia. We love the home stay it is super clean, comfortable, good aircon and an ideal location. The best part of the home stay is the amazing host, she is the most friendly, kind lady who goes above and beyond to make sure your having a great stay. We are very sad to leave Hoi an and Hoa Thu Homestay but we are excited to return one day and will definitely be staying at Hoa Thu again.
