Review: This hotel is near the old town of Hoi An. We’ve got the early check in without giving any extra.
Positive points: Good location and very kind and helpful staff
Review: It was a nice and cosy hotel with old town and hoi an night market just a few steps away.Also the front desk was always ready to help with guiding on the tours and providing best exchange rates for you.Would love to stay again

Review: We stayed for 4 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to go, the staff were really nice and accommodating and the room was well kept and clean.
Positive points: Excellent location so close to the Old Town. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and very friendly and helpful staff at reception.
Negative points: Although we paid for breakfast we didn't take it after the first day. I think the food should be covered to prevent flies from landing on it.

We booked 3 nights but we decided to stay just 2 because we had to go to other place. The lady was super nice and let us cancel the 3th night without charging any fee.

Positive points: Good central location. Kieu ('Kelly') at reception was friendly & always helpful, especially with arranging a change of rooms. Great breakfast options and a very attentive waiter.
Negative points: Despite booking months ahead, we were initially allocated two rooms on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. Room 102 had a bad smell of mold, and we noticed some mosquitoes in room 101. (Once alerted, Kieu kindly arranged for us to move next morning to newly-vacated rooms on the top floor, which were much better.) Internet access was unavailable at off-peak times of day (10am to 4pm?) via all wifi routers (one per room). Like all of Hoi An, the building is not modern and there's no elevator, only stairs.
