The Signature Hoi An

Review: Perfect location. Quiet. Right on the edge of Old town. New hotel built to look old world with a lot of charm and with all the amenities and great service.

Review: We stayed for three days and loved its central location, perfect for exploring Hoi An. The staff were the highlight—super friendly, kind, and always helpful. The hotel is newly built and clean, but the ambiance didn’t quite meet our expectations. The bathroom design caused water to sprinkle everywhere, making the room wet, and there wasn’t enough space for personal items. While the rooms could be more comfortable, breakfast was decent and offered a good start to the day. With its great location and amazing staff, this hotel has potential but could improve its room layout and amenities.

Positive points: The breakfast was good. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom area was also spacious enough. The location was very good and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Positive points: The hotel is new and beautifully designed - loved the decor and the pool.
We used the restaurant and the food was gorgeous.
Staff were really friendly and helpful - supported us with recommendations for a local tailor and we had great results.
The location was fab.
On check out we were asked for suggestions because it's a new hotel - this didn't come across as a tick box exercise but more a genuine interest in improving the experience. I suggested full length mirrors in the room.

Review: We had a good stay in Signature Hoi An. The location is amazing, very central and walkable to the river and the old town. The rooms are very modern and clean. The staffs are nice and friendly. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool as the weather was a bit cold, however it looks great. Overall we recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay in Hoi An.

Positive points: Great location in old Hoi An, walking distance to all that you need - great restaurants, bars, shopping and ancient town.
Clean hotel room and good facilities, including bike hire.

Review: This Hotel has exceeded ALL expectations!…It is a stunning complex in the PERFECT location (every part of the inner (Old Town) city is no more than between 50 - 200 meters from the accommodation)….depending on whereabouts you wish to explore…the staff are just SO lovely and helpful….nothing appears to be a problem…they will sort whatever issue / query you might have regarding this beautiful place….hence we added an additional two nights accommodation at The Signature…we honestly cannot fault the facility on ANY level….value for money in this city….we would give it 9/10….will recommend to friends who plan to visit Hoi An

Review: Lovely looking hotel and great location within Hoi An. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room floor could be cleaner and there was not much space to place our luggage bags. The restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Review: The hotel assisted us in our last minute request for transport the city on our last day. They were very helpful in all of our enquiries. We enjoyed the breakfast, everything was great and it’s changed everyday. Dong was super helpful in providing information around Hoi An, staff are very friendly. Everything about the hotel was great! We stayed at the family room and received free foot massage for those days that we stayed. Totally a recommended hotel, great location, great staff and a definite place to go back if I’m back in Hoi An!

Review: Walking distance to Old Town and the market, literally right in front of the hotel. Free bike also which is very convenient way to tour more distances around the town. I also appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff. I had a nice stay, thank you!
