Hoi An Heart Lodge

Review: Probably one of the best lodges in Hoi An, the staff is super friendly, they offer local recommendations and the rooms are spotless. The view is also incredible if you're at the top floor, and the pool at the entrance is really nice.

Positive points: The hotel is family-run, and the family is incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the old town on foot. The value for money is excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Review: The place is very centrally located to the main town. The host is very kind, and a funny lady who helps you out with everything you need.
The rooms are perfectly clean and spacious and a lovely breakfast at the end - too yummy. Would definitely recommend this.

Positive points: we felt at home straight away, the people are lovely, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very tasty. 10/10 and will defiantly be coming back to stay when visiting hoi an!

But what makes this place exeptional are sister and brother who run the Heart Lounge.
They where just great!

Positive points: Hoi An Heart Lodge felt like a home away from home. The staff made this the most wonderful accomodation of our Vietnam trip. They are friendly, warm and accomodating and go out of their way to make your stay perfect including early check in and later check out, recommendations on local restaurants, stores and activities, helped us doing our clothes washing, they booked our cooking class which was great, offered cheaper transport options and generally having a chat each day when they serve their delicious breakfast. Facilities were perfect, clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning. Good wifi and filtered drinking water available so we could refill our bottles. Awesome place, highly recommend anyone to stay.

Positive points: The management (owners)at the hotel are friendly and very accommodating. They are always willing to help and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their breakfasts are amazing and their extra measures to be eco friendly are refreshing. The hotel is super clean and I liked the lift they used to take your luggage to your floor. Location is great and it is a short walk to ancient town.

Review: I could only stay one night at the hotel because it was fully booked on the next day. The staff is very friendly and speak English. The room is nicely decorated and you can see that a great attention to detail was given in furnishing the rooms. The location is very central and you can easily reach on foot all the major attractions.

Positive points: Good location in Hoi An, most things are in walking distance. Just be aware that cars can’t access the hotel directly so it is a short walk from the main road.

The filtered water on each floor was brilliant. The hosts were super friendly and helpful with food recommendations.

Positive points: We had a great three days in Heart Lodge. It is run by a lovely family, who are so warm and welcoming. The location of the property is brilliant for exploring Hoi An. We borrowed bikes from them to cycle to the beach. Breakfast was good. We would stay again! Thank you for everything, Megan and Liam.

Positive points: Great location in Old Town, right in the heart of Hoi An. Clean room, friendly staff, and daily breakfast. No laundry on site but the staff recommended a good place only a 5 minute walk away that did a great job. We really enjoyed our stay here.
