Review: It's homestay so don't expect much the quality, everything is basic only
The location is very close to the night market. Staying with the family of the business owner and they are friendly, support you whenever you need

Positive points: Staff were lovely and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely bonus

Review: Pros:
-great location within walking distance to Hoi An Old Town
-breakfast was consistently good

Cons:
-cleanliness of the rooms we stayed in
-black mould was clearly evident in both rooms we stayed in, to the point of making us physically sick
-3rd floor room: could hear utility room noises… also overwhelming smell of black mould in the air. Keeping windows open did not alleviate the problem.
-1st floor room: could hear every door slam/owners in kitchen at all hours.
-cockroach in 1st floor room
-bed linens as well as bathroom towels in both rooms did not appear to have been washed between guests

We don’t normally leave unfavourable reviews but feel that we would want to know the honest truth if considering staying here.

Positive points: The location is good.

Review: Everything is great and love the hospitality. Maybe because of the Dec rainy weather, the place always looks and feel damp. Smell a little. Didn't get clean towels or housekeeping after the first night, but got them on the next ones.. really love the breakfast cooked by grandma. Will not stay again but still recommend if you are in this budget range

Positive points: The family who owned the Homestay were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. They were very accommodating and helped us to swap rooms. The breakfasts were very tasty.
The beds were very comfy and so nice to have a balcony. The location is perfect, just few minutes from the night market and food places, but still nice and quiet.

Positive points: The property is located right next to the night market, few minutes walk to the centre and it’s a family run business. Owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. I loved the warmth of this people and specially the grand mother who was around serving breakfast and all smiles. Try it yourself and it’s really worth for the money.

Positive points: Very good location and also good value for money. They also let me check-in at 7am on the first day as I booked a diving trip to Cham Island and was supposed to picked up at 7.30am.

Positive points: it is really value for money. what i like was their level of service to go beyond on providing you with all the necessary information you need. They even packed some extra bread for us when we leave. That was really awesome. Room wise, it is spacious and we only walked up one flight of stairs. AC works well. Shower could improve, and they provide packet of shampoo but no shower gel. We ended up getting it out from the store for my daughter. So if you are coming here, maybe filled up from the hotel before or get a small travel size bottle. Especially for ladies who need conditioner for their hair. getting in and out from the homestay is really easy. A good 5 minute walk to japanese covered bridge. Breakfast was helpful too. The coffee is great.

Review: travelled with 2 friends and a senior mom... our room was spacious and we had a comfortable stay... the owner is accomodating and provided recommendations... we love the location as it is in the quiet area but walkable to the spots we want to go...

Positive points: Interesting location. Quiet street but only 200 meters from Old town. Sympatic owners wich give explanations and advices for visiting. Good breakfast with choice, vietnamiese or european. Large room cleaned each day with all comfort. Pleasant terrace.

Review: The home stay is located at 50m of Night Market and about 100 m from the lake. Right in the middle of all the heritage locations. The place is clean, rooms big and breakfast was awesome/very local. I would strongly recommend a stay here.

Positive points: Our stay at the Village Homestay was amazing. It is in a convenient location and we were made to feel very welcome. The family were very friendly and helpful and we had no issues despite us not knowing any vietnamese. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I highly recommend staying here.
