Positive points: Very close to the old town

Review: The homestay offered great value for money with its convenient location. The staff were friendly and the facilities were well-maintained, although the view and bathroom were not as impressive. Overall, it was a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

Positive points: This homestay blew our expectations! It was more like a hotel - hotel room keys, super spacious room with a fridge, water, nice bathroom, air con. The room was even serviced every day with new bottles of water, towels and cleaned.
Loan the host was awesome - gave us lots of info about what to do around Hoi an and helped us with anything we needed.
Great location as well able to walk to everything.

Positive points: 5 minute stroll to Old Town, big balcony overlooking small street leading to the night market and Ha Lan restaurant. Daily cleaning and bottled water, good firm mattress and excellent quality bed linen and towels. Traditional old building with modern toilets and showers. Wonderful caring staff, great pool, everything as advertised but better!

Review: A fantastic location, really kind and attentive staff and an incredible price for what you get. We loved our balcony and the shared washrooms are not between more than a couple rooms each, so we weren’t even bothered by it!

Close to all the action, but not too close so we got a good nights sleep :)

Review: The room was very spacious and it had a very homely vibe. The host were very nice and friendly.
The location can be a bit far from the beach if you do not have any transportation. Overall it was fun and comfortable. Be careful of the bugs and mosquitoes.

Positive points: We loved this little home stay. The manager, Loan, was extremely professional and very helpful. We didn’t have the breakfasts so can’t rate them but we enjoyed this place - and the pool on the crazy hot days - very much
