Serenity Villa Hoi An

Review: The first room smelled quite damp but after a night they moved us.
It’s a decent enough hotel. Great location. I’m sure even better when it’s warm and you can use the pool.

Positive points: Satff are very helpful and nice! They provide services that we need and given help when needed.

Positive points: Very friendly and helpful staff, would set up a variety of services, help us with anything we needed, were easily reachable and responsive. The hotel is in a perfect location, short walk from all the main activities and restaurants.

Review: The host makes our stay very comfortable, he also was concerned if we will be going to be late for our tour, he listens to every need of his guest. The villa is very accessible to night market and night lantern location. And there is free use of bicycle 24/7, Hope to stay here again when we plan to go back to Hoi an💞

Review: I got a twin queen beds room and it was big enough to accommodate our group. Breakfast was basic served in plate it was okay. It was walking distance to the night market, river and a lot of restaurants and massage spa nearby. We booked our tours here and we were acommodated the last minute. Recommended!

Review: The night market just Infront of the hotel. Easy to access everywhere. Host are friendly overall good for budget trip.

Positive points: We had the room on the top floor - beautiful little balcony, very cute room with everything we needed. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - close to everything but back from the noisiest street :)

Review: Not bad place and great location.
Very noisey during my stay with a lot of building work happening in surrounding properties from 7am onwards so forget about a holiday lie in.
The associated spa next door was far from relaxing but there are plenty more around.

Review: Great location but a bit dissapointed with hotel. Pictures looks very cozy and nice but actual is different. Staff are friendly so still okay. No lift so you have to carry your own luggage upstairs. If your room is on high floor then good luck to you. Many other better choice around this area.

Review: We stayed 3 nights and REALLY enjoyed Hoi An. Just few minutes walk from An Hoi Bridge and night market. But really quiet.
Free rental bicycle survice is really nice. We went to the beach "Hidden Beach Hoi An", local market "Ba Le Market" and more. The wind was strong and the waves were high, so we couldn't swim,,,(Early October)
The roof top room is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. (We are OK.) Lovely terrace with lantan!
Saff are very kind and helpful.

Positive points: Great location near the old town and lovely spacious rooms. Staff were also really helpful with booking everything we needed.

Review: We booked this on a whim! Location was super convenient. Lots of stores just outside the villa. Super fond of walking to the fruit juice store that's just a minute away. The Japanese Bridge is a sight to see when you walk to the river- super near. We stayed here for 3 nights. We were supposed to move to another room on the second night but the owner was so kind to change our accommodation instead to a way nicer and bigger room for our entire stay. Our bathroom was huge- the beds too! Two king beds! Room was spacious and they always clean the room whenever we go out and explore Hoi An. Staff are super friendly. And again, YES! WE WILL COME BACK!

Positive points: The location is amazing. It is just few meters away from the night market and the main bridge, cafes, restaurants etc.

Review: The water jet for the closet was broken when i checked in, and i asked it to be changed, it was done instantly. Also the safety box in the room was locked when i checked in and i wanted to use it, i asked the hotel staff and they are very responsive. For such relatively small hotel the facilities were quite complete: refrigerator, safety box, hair dryer etc.

The only drawback was when i checked in close to midnight due to delayed flight, there was nobody in the reception so i had to search all over the hotel for the staff with already exhausted condition after full day travelling.

The bicycle was a nice one, we can borrow for free and it was a nice experience to ride around in the old town area.

Positive points: Wifi works well, nice pool, solid breakfast. Very helpful staff. Small and quaint and quiet.
