Review: Booked two king premium room

- super very dusty the room
- the bedsheet is with stain and pillow is not clean and with bad odour
- the floor Dusty
- call to the housekeeping but no one pick up , have to go to reception by ourself to request to get bath towel & In room sleeper

Positive points: Location, staff and breakfast all great. Bed was so comfortable.

Review: The hotel was very good. I have travelled Vietnam trip started from North to south and stayed at all 4 star hotels, this hotel was the best out of all 6 hotels I have stayed. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, we were Tet holiday season and their New year day so everything was close, they helped us to organise day trip. Over all I happy with the hotel. Buffet breakfast was great also.

Positive points: It was our return visit to this hotel, with extremely fond family memories. We were here in 2017. We love the location and views of the river. The rooms are spacious with excellent balcony. The hotel has been repainted and is in the process of more painting. The pool area is lovely too. The staff were helpful and friendly and booked us a taxi to our next destination.

Review: The hotel has lots of potential. good bones yet need improvement on maintenance and attention to details. Breakfast selection is good and convenient location.

Positive points: The location was on the river very close to the Old Quarter. The hotel rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable, our room had a balcony so it was nice to sit there in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat in close proximity to the Hotel.

Positive points: The room was sizeable, the bed comfortable (very comfortable) and the staff generally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice, always good seats and plenty of choice. Location is good, in a quiet spot about 10 mins walk to the Old Town area.

Review: Well located hotel within easy walking distance of the night market and old town. Decent breakfast served till 09.30. We had a room overlooking the pool and the river. Slightly musty smell in room. Helpful staff.

Review: Good hotel with nice rooms and a swimming pool.
No water provided apart from complimentary bottles in your room. Staff is decent but won't provide rooms even if ready and available before 2pm. Nothing much in buffet breakfast for vegetarian eaters (Indians)
However, good location and view from the rooms which is worth staying here.

Positive points: Central and a bit noisy

Review: Great walking distance from old town, quite spacious room with good breakfast options. Their service is lovely with providing us small group tours to explore Hoi An and Danang upon arrival, proactively (with extra cost should you choose to go).

We went at quite a poor time, it was constantly raining… so the room felt wet and a bit gross. Ran down hotel, but overall, not bad for a budget travel.

Positive points: Location is great. Breakfast was good… a good selection of food
