Review: Great stay. Highly recommend!
Positive points: Excellent location right by the Old Town and only a short walk from a selection of restaurants and shops. The staff were wonderful, one of the comfiest beds I’ve experienced in South-East Asia and delicious included breakfast!
Review: Pleasant hotel to stay. Staff, swimming pool and breakfast all good. They even had a pool table for guests to use. Easy walk to old quater.
Positive points: Good
Review: Should stay here if you came to Hoi An
Positive points: Clean and spacious with very friendly staff
Review: Good hotel with good location, near ancient city, easy to strolling around beautiful Hoi An, very recommended
Positive points: Excellent facilities, such as the bathroom and airco. Good breakfast. Overall nice atmosphere.
Negative points:
As other reviews mentioned, there is construction work going on next door. The noise in our room on the first morning was extreme as we were right next to a drilling section. The staff promptly gave us another room when we asked. But I wonder why they'd assign such a noisy room in the first place.
The driver in our transfer from the station was unfriendly, did not greet us at all.
Review:
Very great location just walkable distance from lantern boat, and old quarter.
Property is old and need some upgrades.clean and staff behavior very good . Breakfast not vegetarian friendly.

Positive points: The staff was excellent - polite, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The deep tissue massage was excellent!
Negative points: The room wasn't well maintained. The bathrobe was tattered, the shower tiles were missing grout, and the slippers were worn.
Review: Room is huge and the price is reasonable.
Positive points:

Got a free upgrade to a huge room so we extended our stay for 5 days.

Negative points: The room are not soundproofed at all as there is no ceiling and the door are very thin.

Review:
Good location with helpful staff.
Clean room but some part of the room could be improved, but overall a good stay.
Positive points:
Great location inclusive breakfast a real plus - staff were friendly and helpful at all times
The rooms were a good size and had all the baseline elements needed
Negative points: Their massage promotions are very expensive and needs to be consistent with the surroundings !! The bike hire was great but the bikes were poorly maintained - shame !!
