Review: You can definitely get better rooms for this price, service was good, location was good but the room it self was really small, no Windows, very humid inside the room and the bed cover didn't fully cover the bed.

Positive points: Quaint

Review: They have basic facilities. We stayed for two nights. Location is superb as it is near the old town. Downside: no elevator, so if you have luggages, be prepared to carry them up and down to your room^^

Review: ibinigay nila ang booking namin sa iba kahit bayad na ang room, pagdating namin doon inilipat kami sa hindi magandang room at ibang homestay nila kaya naglakad pa kami papunta doon...nakaka dismaya talaga pagod pa kami sa byahe tapos ganon ang daratnan namin.

Positive points: This is the seconds time i comback here. It is quite close to Hoi An ancient town, cheap room price and very good service attitude.

Review: Had a real nice stay, location is excellent!!! 3 minutes from main tourist flow including the Japanese bridge.

Positive points: The owner was mega helpful, he was very present on WhatsApp if we needed anything. He helped us arrange taxi and transport to different attractions, as well to Da Nang on the day of our departure flight. He was very friendly and accomodating. The accommodation was very well located right near the night market and many other bars and restaurants, but not to the extent where the noise was bothersome.

Review: Right in the heart of this ancient city. Near most everything. Older facility but well maintained and clean.

Positive points: Fan in the room was good and they were very very helpful !! I also availed of their taxi to airport service too !!

Review: Good? location right near night markets/river/restaurants if you’re into being close to the action. On the downside, the mattress was so hard it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. The AC was inconsistent as well… worked great the first night, but was sweating the 2nd night and had to use the fan. Due to this and me not being into super touristy/crowded areas, I would not stay again.

Positive points: Honestly a 9/10 for the price! Comfortable bed, working ac and a huge balcony! Also it’s a few blocks from the busy streets so you’re not kept awake by the night life
