Pho Seoul Homestay And Spa

Negative points: It is a new experience for me to enter the spa until I reach my room. I was also asked at 9 a.m. when I would go out. I did not feel comfortable with this question. The hotel usually asks if it is later than 12 noon

Negative points: Nothing. All good!

Negative points: when we arrived we were made to feel uncomfortable and not welcomed by the host and she accidentally led us to a room that someone was naked in. the room itself was nicely decorated and the location was good. however, these are the only 2 good things I have to say about this homestay and bear in mind I never complain or even write reviews but this place was actually terrible.

Mainly because it was INFESTED with ants. you can not even have one crumb of food in the room without ants swarming the room. We had a packet of crisps and awoke to an ant infestation, I told the owner and asked her to move rooms thinking it was a one room thing. she was very rude and did not even apologise. The same thing happened in the second room with no food around and we had to ask again for the room to be sprayed with ant killer. the property are aware of the ant problem and spray the rooms but they are everywhere it’s actually disgusting.

as well as this the entry way is a good spa as well so when you enter reception there’s no room to get past and no one moves out of your way meaning you have to awkwardly scuttle around people. it was a very tense and horrible experience and we were made to feel unwelcome. An example of this is the booking check out time says 12-2. we left to get breakfast at around 12:30, we were asked in a rather rude way what time we are checking out. As well as this the mattress is covered in a plastic layer and is very hard and uncomfortable. this was the worse place I have ever stayed at in my life.

Negative points: I booked a room with an ensuite bathroom. However, the bathroom was outside of the apartment and not exclusive to the room user. Hence, this should not be considered as an ensuite bathroom.

Negative points: It was slightly disappointing that on the booking we were guaranteed a private bathroom, when in fact the bathroom was not an en-suite but located outside of the bedroom which other people seemed to use aswell.

Negative points: Mình thấy đẹp nên booking online. Vừa vào tới bà chủ đòi thu tiền là mình thấy sai sai rồi. Đặt booking mà k cho mình cái số phòng. Oke mình gửi tiền mặt xong dắt lên thì y như rằng phòng để spa *** . Toilet thì bên ngoài. Mình thật sự sang chấn tâm lý luôn. Nhưng do đã gửi tiền và cũng khuya rồi nên mình ở đỡ. Máy lạnh chạy kém, vì nóng quá nên sáng mình mới dậy. Âm điểm chứ đừng nói điểm 0. Làm du lịch mà dụ khách kiểu ni lần sau họ bái bai hết. Mình dân địa phương mà ri huống hồ mấy người khác. Thật sự thất vọng với cách kinh doanh "lừa đảo" ntn.
