5.6 Terrible Breakfast - Shara 06-04-2024

Review: We booked it only cause it was opposite to our cruise waiting area. Breakfast is close to nothing. One staff used to get agitated if we asked any question.
Overall, not a place we would re-visit

Positive points: The rooms are very good. The view from the property is awesome

Negative points: Limited breakfast options. The hotel has a tie up with the cab service but the driver was rude and charged us heavily/unjustly.

Review: My family and I vacationed during the May 1st holiday and could watch the fireworks right from the balcony of our hotel room, the sea view was truly amazing.

Positive points: Only the view through the balcony

Negative points: The administrators English language was very bad, it was very difficult to communicate. She looked very displeased with all oure welcome. The rooms are very very dirty, the shower is horribly dirty, the floor is so dirty that not only is it full of hair, but the feet were black after walking barefoot. Very inhospitable hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Positive points: The counter staff were great

Negative points: Bathroom was not clean, the rooms are not sound proof and we could hear noise from the room above us and from outside, the hotel is so far out of the way of everything( prob my fault for lack of research) the big thing here is ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON, wouldn't stay here again.

Review: Khách sạn vô trách nhiệm trong việc quản lý đặt phòng, đổ hết lỗi cho app Agoda, chỉ ưu tiên khách đi theo đoàn lớn/khách Trung Quốc, nhân viên lễ tân xử lý tình huống kém, không thân thiện. Mình đặt 1 phòng deluxe giường đôi, khi check in nhân viên lại bàn giao phòng 2 giường đơn và nói app đưa thông tin khách đặt không rõ ràng. Trong khi đọc receipt mình vẫn thấy thông tin đặt phòng là giường lớn, phòng đôi. Sau đó, bên khách sạn và mình đã thỏa thuận đổi được phòng theo booking, nhưng khoảng 10 phút sau lại đuổi khách ra khỏi khách sạn với lý do đoàn khách Trung Quốc đã đặt từ trước, không còn phòng đúng theo booking của mình. Những khách sạn như thế này không nên duy trì hoạt động tiếp, tránh cho mọi người mua bực vào người, hoặc có thể thông báo rõ ràng là không nhận khách lẻ.

Negative points: -there is very weak internet signal in whole hotel
-breakfast is one big joke, only water to drink and cold coffee which looks like yesterday’s drip from coffee
-dirty common areas ( tables, floor )
-loud AC in room
-we paid for room with the view but we got different one
-surrounding has nothing to offer, there is literally nothing to do, so when there is lack of internet, lack of good food it could turns you down.
-in that price, compare to other places in Vietnam, it’s totally waste of money.

Review: Khách sạn ko có bảo vệ trông xe. Buổi tối thì vắng tanh. Quảng cáo là cách bãi biển 60m nhưng Đi 700m mới ra đc bãi tắm. Chỗ ở đẹp và sạch sẽ. Nhân viên hiền hòa.

Negative points: The staff can't speak english. The breakfast had less options. At the first day only soup and some fruits and Bread. The ROOMS were nice an clean. It was very hard to communicate due to no english speaking staff

Negative points: sink didn’t drain well, walls extremely thin and there was a lot of noise (people yelling in the rooms, yelling in the halls, loud music) and no rules against it, extremely bad WiFi so I couldn’t drown out the sounds
