Ngo Family Homestay

Positive points: Great location, short walk into old town but still quiet. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Water is provided which was great. Laundry gets picked up and dropped off the next day, able to hire motorbikes and push bikes from the property as well. The hosts are fantastic, super friendly, and responsive. Speak great English, thank you :)

The property is close to all you need, the price is fair relative to the property. They provided us drinking water, utensils and cutlery which was great as we preferred to cook during our stay.
The room is also quite private as the rooms on the upper floor are separated from the ground floor.
Loan, the property contact person was very friendly and helpful and this was the highlight of our stay!

Positive points: Near the old town of Hoi An. Loan was very kind and accomodating. When we arrived she gave us a lot of useful information about Hoi An, we could easily extend our stay and we were able to get a late check out because our bus was later in de afternoon. Laundry service was very cheap compared to other places. And whenever we had questions she would answer them immediately. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Positive points: Very near to old town, but also very quiet! Spacious and fantastic value for money. Staff, especially Loan, were extremely helpful and always reacted immediately to all questions we had. Certainly a recommendation 😀, book if available!
