Hoi An Merrily De Art Hotel

Review: I will definitely recommend them to my friends when they go to Hoi An.
Their service was excellent. The staffs were friendly and very accommodating. They even helped me to book my bus going to HaNoi. I will surely stay again in Merrily De Art when i have a chance to visit again Hoi An.

Positive points: Everything. The owner should be proud to have the staff working for them. An absolute credit to the hotel. Incredible hospitality. Location was ideal. Breakfast very good. Room was extremely comfortable, always kept clean and the bed was too comfy to get out of in the morning. Great services such as bike hire, scooters etc. And great reccomendations for massage, food, tours etc
We stayed for 10 days and we had no issues whatsoever. Perfect.

Positive points: Rooms were clean, fresh-smelling, modern, and comfortable. Loved sitting at my balcony to read. Breakfast offerings were varied and good. I enjoyed being outside the busy, center of town--easy to bike to the beach or town. 5-minute walk to 2 gyms if you're interested in exercising. Lots of local restaurants close by.

The staff is very helpful, the location near the local market and the acient town. Possible to reach the acient by walk.

Hopefully i can re visit Hoi An and ofcourse saty here.

Positive points: The hotel room is nice and in good condition with no issues, but it's the staff that will make your stay better than anywhere else.

Review: My fiancé and myself stayed January 2025 and was a perfect stay in Hoi An. The staff was near the best we’ve come across in our travels so far. Canadians felt right at home, close enough that it is walkable to everything comfortable room, slept great and added breakfast had us fueled for the day. 👌

Positive points: Everything about the property is good. The staff is amazing. Super friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. Beds are comfortable. Would totally recommend.

Review: We decided to spend our four nights in Hoi An here based on the great reviews it got.

We arrived very late in the evening and were immediately welcomed very warmly and professionally, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. All the staff were very friendly and a great group of people that made our stay in Hoi An even more enjoyable through their smiles and recommendations.

The rooms was quiet, spacious, and cleaned/made up daily - no complaints here.

The breakfast was of very high quality and offered a diverse assortment of different foods - from savory continental breakfast items to noodle dishes, desserts and fresh fruits.

If/when we return to Hoi An, we would definitely stay here again, and would recommend anyone else to stay here as well.

Positive points: Location, Very clean rooms, excellent swimming pool, all the staff were amazing. They were so friendly and warm. They were the best staff we had in our 3 week holiday to Vietnam. Location to rice fields for cycling was excellent, beach very easily accessible and away from the old town which can be hectic and overwhelming at times.

Positive points: We spent 3 nights at this lovely little hotel and it was an amazing stay. We met most, if not all of the staff during our stay and they were incredibly friendly, kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room is very comfortable with great facilities, a lovely clean pool in a nice courtyard, amazing buffet breakfast options with the option to add eggs made to your liking. Bicycles are available to use for free and are good quality and well maintained. Great recommendations for tours and where to explore and helpful tips for travelling the area. Thank you very much to everyone at the hotel, you've been amazing!

Review: This hotel was great. The staff were exceptional and very engaged in making sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was lovely, 4th floor view of the city was nice. The bed was soft with great pillows. We used the free bicycles most days and umbrellas. They have a buffet breakfast and know how to cook the scrambled eggs well! Room was cleaned daily and they provide laundry service. We would definitely return!

Positive points: Super friendly and smiling staff who provide plenty of tips on activities and shops in Hoi An. The rooms are comfortable and modern with a nice balcony, and the property is perfectly located in a quiet area, just a 15-20 minute walk from the city center. Delicious buffet breakfast.
