Hoi An Heart Villa

Review: The property offered excellent value for money, with a fantastic location close to all the action in Hoi An. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While the cleanliness was good, there were a few areas that could have been improved. The facilities were decent, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, a highly recommended stay for those looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option in Hoi An.

Review: They just assumed a broken tv was no problem. Room was dirty, shower was awful, AC would scream at me. There was CONSTANT noise.

Positive points: From the reservation, the owner Flower was super attentive and contacted us via WhatsApp asking if we needed a transfer. Upon arrival, the hotel was even prettier than in the photos, the staff at the reception was super friendly. They have bicycles available to guests, for free, which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood is also nice and close to Old Town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, clean towels and a perfectly equipped bathroom. without a doubt we will return.

Positive points: Hostess Flower and other staff are great, really helpful and always available. With early leaves we could eat breakfast earlier, which is also great btw. Rooms were clean, had everything you need including hot water (for like 10 minutes). The location is just a 10 minute bike ride from the old city center. Bikes are free to take! Couple of restaurants only a minute walk away. ATM around the corner. They also offer a taxi shuttle service for a decent price.
Oh and there is also a pool, although we didnt use it.
Price to quality wise this is a great hotel, cant recommend it enough.

Positive points: The location, the spacious comfortable room and the free bicycle use were all great but what really made us feel at home was the owner, Flower, who is so welcoming and helpful, including taking us to a tailor and booking tours for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive points: The manager, Mrs. Flower, and the staff were so friendly and communicative, making our stay mych enjoyable. The bathroom and toilette were so clean, with stable hot water and good water pressure. Free shampoo and shower gel were also provided. The beds and bed sheets were very clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The villa's pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and the cosy courtyard was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was a standout feature, offering a variety of options. We tried two different dishes, both of which were delicious, generously portioned. The WiFi was high-speed and stable throughout our stay.

Overall, this property offers excellent value and comfort. Highly recommended!

Review: Great place to stay. Outside of the old town, but they offer bicycles to rent which makes it really easy to roam around. Included breakfast is great and the pool looked really nice and clean.

Positive points: The hotel is very well located, very cute and the staff are very attentive and really friendly. Flower was able to advise us on shops, restaurants, excursions and other services. We had an excellent stay.
