Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An

Review: Khách sạn đẹp, vật chất rất mới, phòng thiết kế rất đẹp, buffet sáng ngon và đa dạng món ăn, vị trí của khách sạn thuận tiện đi vào phố cổ Hội An. Đặc biệt bạn staff Luna rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương khi tiếp đãi vợ chồng mình. Mình sẽ tiếp tục chọn Grand Sunrise Palace nếu có dịp thăm lại Hội An

Positive points: We had a great stay in this beautiful hotel. The rooms were stunning and the staff were all so friendly and helped make our trip extra special - a big thank you to Jessi who went out of her way to help us. The hotel location is perfect and the free shuttle to the beach and old town is a bonus. We loved Hoi An and will definitely be back soon!

Positive points: My husband and I agree that this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The facilities were excellent, the breakfast was especially good with lots of choice and options. The room was absolutely gorgeous! The staff - every single person we had any contact with was cheerful, helpful and keen to go above and beyond. Special mention to Kathy on front reception who was so lovely and to the staff in the spa too (?Vera and ?Ty).

Location-wise it is a little out of the centre of Hoi An which is absolutely not a problem. There is a free shuttle to the centre and the beach several times a day although we just used taxis (booked through the Grab app which is the same as Uber). It cost us approximately £1 each way into town and was super convenient as there were always taxis available.

I could go on and on about how much we loved it here!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was in a nice and quiet area. However, there were sufficient shops, restaurants, supermarkets, spas, etc. on the same street. It was located about 10min from the town centre and the river.

The breakfast and menu provided excellent choices, and the food was of a high standard. The pool was amazing.
