Hawal Boutique Villa Hoi An

Review: This is a very good value for money hotel in Hoi An for the price it charges. The property seems slightly old but the rooms are pretty well maintained and the staff is really helpful. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a quick budget friendly 1-2 days stay in Hoi An

Positive points: Great location, not far from old town but quieter. Very relaxing pool area and rooms

Review: The hotel is quite old and not very well maintained.
The shower gets clogged easily. One staff speakd English.
The room wasn’t cleaned every day. I stayed for 7 nights and the room was made 2 times, one time only the towels were replaced.
The location is pretty far from the ancient town but I enjoy walking for it depends what you prefer.
Maybe not a good choice if the weather is bad.
But for the cheap price, it’s good.

Review: Great room, bed was fantastic and balcony was an added bonus. 15 minutes walk to the main old town but for the price you couldn't really complain, nice budget hotel with easygoing staff.

Review: We arrived at Vietnam pretty late in the evening and this was our first hotel where they had already provided our Premium room to some other customers. It was not a good gesture. We had to stay in a cheaper room and the crowd here is disgusting as they were loud and behaved badly. The staff though are very nice and in peak season, the Swimming pool could be fun. The bed, however, was really really comfortable and we had an amazing sleep. Overall 7 out of 10

Review: The state of the property is not the same as of the pictures. The hotel is run down and terribly dirty. The internet connection is very weak. There is a noisy pub opposite the accommodation. Walls are paper thin, there is no sound proofing at all. Some of the reception staff are very kind but don’t speak any English, the communication is hard.

Review: Evrything is nice at this hotel except that the rooms are not sound proof so expect to hear sultry sounds from the other couple's room 😝
And no elevator so be prepared with the stairs 🙂

Positive points: We visited Hawal in the rainy season so we could not quite make full use of the facilities. However, the hotel is located a few minutes walk from the centre of Hoi An, which is very good. The whole hotel is nice and airy with a lot of space both in the room and also in the lobby/stairs/corridors, which makes for a nice feeling.
The room was good and clean, bed was comfortable.

Review: please read reviews before booking. does not look like pictures at all. rooms are mouldy and smell very musty. had little bed bugs everywhere that we had to leave early.

Positive points: Lovely room and has Netflix on the tv

Except, don't lose your way because it's new and nobody knows exactly where it is even, Hoi An tourism office.
