Located outside of the old town but bikes are available for travel to old town and rice fields

Review: They ripped me offer saying that agoda had not paid them so I had to pay cash up front but they had been paid by agoda but still never got my money back better hotels in the area

Review: We stayed at Green Grapefruit villa for over a week. It is very clean, comfortable and beautiful. They do a great breakfast also, the omelette is my favourite with fresh fruit and coffee to go with it. The pool is clean and there is day beds in the shade to lay on. I would recommend this villa to anyone coming to stay in Hoi An, short or long stays. The host is very friendly and can help with anything you need!

Positive points: It’s a beautiful villa, with the most comfortable beds and big spacious rooms. The host is just so lovely and really welcoming, she helped with any enquires and bookings. We felt more than welcome from the start to finish of our stay. If we’re ever back in Hoi An, we will be more than sure to book the Green Grapefruit Villa again.

Review: Accueil génial, la propriétaire se met en 4 pour toujours vous satisfaire. Petite déjeuner le matin en face de la piscine… sympa !
Bonne connexion wifi, nous avons pu travailler sur nos ordinateurs et faire des visio conférences.
Chambre spacieuse et propre. Des vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement et possibilité de louer un scooter.

Petit bémol, nous avions la chambre la plus proche de la route et le matin c’était très bruyant avec les camions, les Klaxons etc. Évitez la chambre n•10 si vous êtes sensible au bruit.

Positive points: Great location - you can walk to the ancient town of Hoi An by the side of the river. Room was clean and light with a huge bathroom. Comfy bed and the swimming pool was great for cooling down at the end of the day. Hosts very friendly and a great breakfast included in the price. Awesome restaurant with friendly owners just opposite and lots of other dining options within 5 minutes walk.

Review: Green Grapefruit is a lovely relaxing hotel with a well kept garden. The pool was right outside my room which was good for an early morning swim.
The owner was lovely, and we were spoilt as we enjoyed a fantastic meal with her and her family in honour of her ancestors.

Positive points: The location is good, the breakfast is nice but simple, Booking upgraded our room but when we got there they gave us a regular room. We rented a scooter from them and it was the oldest one they have, even though they said new.

Review: My stay here with 7 of my friends was amazing. The host was amazing and friendly. She helped us organise a bunch of tours. The villa rooms were AMAZING and for that price?! What a steal. The villa was clean and beautiful. Its a tiny bit far from the town by foot but there were tons of taxis and bicycles we could rent. It's just a 5 minute ride to town. The next time I come to Hoi An, I'm 100% coming back to this villa!

Positive points: Amazing family run, with awesome rooms and outstanding service. Ann is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble for her. She look after us really well. Lovely breakfast each day. As a bonus she taught us Vietnamese each morning. Our entire stay was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend it
