Review: the property is as what as describe. the location is amazing, quiet during night time away from the busy crowds. overall a fantastic stay. highly recommend

Review: The positive points are the location and the room layout, which is quite nice. The room is a bit small, but I found it comfortable for 1-2 days. One interesting point is that the hotel doesn't have a front desk or staff at the counter (very suitable for introverted people) - there is only someone on duty during check-in and check-out times. If I return to Hoi An, this would still be a home worth coming back to.

Review: The stuff was helpful. There is a night administrator present as well, he helped to calm down a group of guests who were very loud at night. They close the gate at night and you have to ring reception to get in, that bell ring is heard even in the rooms and was quite annoying… So it was not the quietest stay so to say, i did have troubles with my sleep there. The location is nice, it’s a 20min walk to the old city and a 5min ride to the beach. There are cafes and grocery stores near by. The cleanness was ok, a bit of issues with mold due to humidity, i think there was no renovation done for quite some time. But for that price, i mean.., that was kind of expected.

Positive points: Really nice little hotel in hoi an with clean pool outside. Very helpful staff even rented a motorbike from them for a very reasonable price

Review: It's a homestay, price wise ok, no lift, only stairs walk up. Halfway through our stay, there was no hot water. Quite far from the old town.

Positive points: Very clean and comfortable rooftop room, queen bed with 4 pillows, hotel bathrobe and small balcony with pool view, full amenities including netflix.
