Hoi An Sincerity Hotel and Spa

Review: Our family loved the buffet breakfasts, pool, hotel spa massages and facial packages. We booked 2 adjoining rooms so had 3 beds and 2 full be bathrooms. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledge. Free hotel shuttle to and from hotel to old town and the beach was a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Positive points: The rooms were big and the buffet breakfast was good. Staff where friendly they helped us after our other accommodation was so damp we had to book this one last minute

Positive points: I had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The breakfast was superb, the pool was great, the room was super and the staff was amazing. And even a free shuttle bus to the center and the beach. And bicycles for free!

Review: Every thing is perfect for tourist going to hoian old town. Clean room and reasonable price most of i satisfy the location 10 min from old town and good break fast!!

Positive points: This is the second time I have stayed here, away from the old town but with so many tourists around it's nice to be away from the bustle , the shuttle bus runs reguarly to the old town so you don't miss any of the sites but it's nice to come back to the hotel away from the crowds great just relaxing by the pool the hotel is a bit dated but the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome Miss Snow at checkin is so happy when you check in and greets you with such a lovely smile and very helpfull, Jasmine and the resturant staff are also friendly and the food service is great Loved my stay at sincerity !
