Review: Location is away from the hustle and bustle, but a short bike ride. Room was spacious with a shared balcony, ac, TV, no fridge.
Shower was modern, but took a little time for the water to get warm. Cute little pool and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and would definitely stay here again.

Review: The villa is located near the beach and close to the town, in a convenient position. The price is 423k/day on weekends, but it's comfortable for a family of two adults and two children, and breakfast is included. The owner and staff are friendly and provide enthusiastic service. This is my first experience here, and I find everything reasonable and satisfactory. If I have the chance, I will come back.

Review: Confirm booking 3 rooms but only 2 rooms available. No staff working
Then 2 room no Internet and 1 room no electricity.
No packing for cars.
Check in very late at 5pm for waiting all adjustments so tired and disappointed, no more here.

Review: A once highly rated place in 2015, but now seems to have been let go since then.
Unprofessional, not sure who owners was. No official check-in. Let in room by random guy who couldn't speak English. Wanted to speak to someone as booking said included breakfast, however that didn't happen.
No toilet paper, dead bug in bathroom (guess even the bug lost the will to live in the room). Sad, as has potential to be a great place, however greatly over priced compared to other places in area. Priced as if it was still an award winning place, definitely not.

Review: We loved our stay here. A 20 minute walk into town (bike faster if you are game!) gave us a good chance to get to know Hoi An and the shops for those interested. Rice fields a short stroll to the back, local market just up the road and beach a nice bike ride completed the picture. Huy and the family was very willing to help us and meet our needs. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and a teen with TV WIFI and frig making it very comfortable. Pool and room was surprisingly quiet with so much going on so close.

Review: In just around 20 minutes of walking you are in the thick of the action that "down-town" Hoi An has to offer, and yet you are far enough away from the maddening crowds and hooters that you feel like you are in a traditional Vietnamese location.

The staff are extremely helpful, the breakfast freshly prepared and the rooms authentic and comfortable. Pillow top mattresses and all. WiFi was good for Vietnam.

Stay again? Probably next week for a visit.
