Hoi An Rosemary Boutique Hotel & Spa - A Peaceful Retreat

Review: Rosemary Boutique Hotel after I arrive ower said my room is not ready then as me to sign to next sister hotel then charged me twice. Complain to Agoda can't result the issue because book through Agoda pay at hotel.

Review: The room is very big for 2 people. the staff are very friendly and helpful. The water is bathroom is not so big, sometime the water stops and Wi-Fi is slow.

Positive points: Spacious room. Bed was comfortable.

Review: A cozy place with spotless clean and really supportive staff, especially Ms. Thao at reception desk. It's within the walking distance to the old quarter or you can use the hotel's bicycle for free to ride there.

Positive points: Light and airy rooms with a nice view over a decent size pool. Comfortable bed and enjoyed having a bath in the bathroom as well. Excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of food choices. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and eager to help in any way.

Review: My stay at the Rosemary Hotel in Hoi An was satisfactory. The hotel itself was decent, although its location around 3-4 kms from the main city center wasn't ideal. While the accommodations were average, I would advise future guests to take a photo of the mini bar in their room, as there's a possibility of being charged even if you don't use the services. The breakfast, unfortunately, had limited vegetarian choices, which was disappointing.

Overall, it's a decent option for lodging, but there are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.

Positive points: Because there was a thunderstorm during our stay, two of our rooms were having water leakage from the toilet bowl and from the table where the kettle was placed. Not a pretty sight.

I was given the use of an iron but it would have been nice to have an ironing board available too.

Otherwise, we're satisfied with staff performances ... and very pleased with the clean rooms.

Review: Having been here before back in 2019. It has had a significant drop in the quality of the services. In need of a bit more TLC and greater care with the small things to really get it back up to a true 4 star hotel.
The staff are nice and able... Their commu ovation skills continue to improve. Our 2bedroom interconnecting suite had a missing lock (fixed as soon as we requested this). Damage to toilet doors and warped front doors made it a bit more challenging at times. The breakfast spread was lacking in freshness and variety but the wait staff were good.
Whilst we would recommend this hotel, it would need to show a bit more care for us to consider it 4 stars

Review: Everything a hotel needs .however they should update that the BAR was not operating. No free shuttle bus to beach or deckchairs at its dedicated beach front ..but the rest was excellent !!!!!
