De An Hotel

Review: This is an amazing hotel to stay at. The staff were so helpful and really took care of everything for me. The whole ambience really set the tone, I felt relaxed and like I was in a luxury boutique hotel. Can't wait to go back again!

Positive points: Location a bit of a walk to old town but very quiet and relaxed.
Staff were great!
Breakfast location great, very inspiring to have there in the old structure.
Hot options were great, especially the noodle soup and omelet station.
Cold selection was good with juices, cut fruit, pastries, bread and cereals.
Bar area was relaxing and felt fresh. Pool looked very clean

Review: I had a wonderful 5-night stay at the De An Hotel in Hoi An. The location is perfect—just a short bicycle ride (borrowed from De An) from the charming Old Town, yet it offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. The hotel itself boasts a stunning pool and beautifully appointed rooms that are the epitome of comfort, especially the beds outfitted with pillow toppers—it was truly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever experienced. Breakfast was a delight with a variety of delicious Vietnamese options to start the day right. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Kent and Xuan stood out with their exceptional service, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend De An Hotel for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious stay in Hoi An.

Positive points: Free bike rentals.

Review: Convivial stay in Hoi An. The hotel is perfectly located not too far away from the city center (about 15min walk). Not too noisy nor crowded. Staff is really friendly and helpful. We got room with a small balcony. The room was really agreeable however we got a little problem with seal between the shower room and WC that cuz the toilet to be wet if somebody take a shower, but not a deal breaker. The pool is surely a advantage. We got a double room card key (only hotel we have done during our trip that gave 2 keys ). Breakfast is appreciated since you may do activities and not really time to go to city center have breakfast.

Positive points: Room was stylish and cozy. Pool was clean and calm surrounding. It's a really affordable boutique hotel with bikes available, which is awesome way to move around Hoi An.

Review: We spent 4 days at the hotel and everything was good. The room was ok, big enough for 2. In my booking, it said pool view but we got a view of the front river. The staff were nice and smiled. The guard was super friendly and always said hi and good night to us. Overall we had a great trip and Dean was a good part of it.

Review: Happy with location versus other hotels in or near city center. It is less crowded with foreigners but there are still many restaurants close by. The hotel room was very good along with extremely nice hotel staff. The only issue that we had was the very strong smell of (cleaning?) chemicals in our room when we arrived. It took about a day to air it out before it went back to normal. Apart from that initial issue, an overall great experience and would recommend to others.

Positive points: The room’s spacious and clean. The interior design is simply beautiful. We love the hospitality of the staff. Dim the security, he greeted us with a big smile whenever we met him. Xuan the receptionist, she’s passionate with her role.

Review: Value for money. Breakfast is rudimentary. No lifts. About 2 km from the centre of action - the lantern boats of Hoi An and the nightly gathering of tourists to watch them and ride them. Costs 40,000 VND round trip on Grab bikes. No Uber in this town 😭

Positive points: The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good as well. The pool area was clean and well taken care of. The rooms were a bit small but clean. We just happen to be in Hoi An for the Full Moon festival which was beautiful to experience. Overall we had a very nice stay
