Positive points: People

Review: Despite being a new hotel, the hotel feels relatively nice, with good staff that still remembers my name :D Overall, I still rate it as 5 stars as it is good value, feels clean and good staff!

Minor Feedback:
- When it rains, the floor becomes super slippery. I fell and injured myself due to lack of a handrail at the corner, and had to waste a day to recover (as I was already injured previously)
- Breakfast variety feels really limited, and a lot of heavy options. However, the fruit juice and live egg station is very welcomed.
- (Not really for the hotel but for other travelers) If you wish to be near Old Town, this location is not exactly walkable. However, they offer free bike and shuttle bus service, albeit GrabBike brings you there within 4-5 mins.

Positive points: Nice quiet location. Only noise was from the neighbourhood rooster. A bit of a walk to the Ancient Town area but definitely manageable. The included breakfast was terrific. Free bicycles were also really nice.

Clean room, delicious breakfast, excellent spa treatments. Specially staffs were amazing.

Positive points: We stayed 4 nights and this hotel was by far the best place we stayed at during our whole trip.

The room was spacious and had a well sized bathroom. The mattress was comfy and the amenities provided were more than reasonable for a 4 star hotel.

There are some shops, massage and food places nearby but ancient town with all its amazing food & shopping is just a 5 min drive away.

We did not have a chance to use the pool but it was always clean and well presented.

The hotel also offers free bike hire which was convenient for us when we were waiting for our airport pick up after checking out.

However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone we came across was very welcoming and attentive. They remembered what activities we had planned and were always happy to go out of their way to make our stay more special. Especially Sharon the Front Office Manager who checked in with us every day at breakfast and John the porter who chatted to us daily.

We highly recommend staying here and had a wonderful time!

Review: Highly recommended for stay in Hoi an. Everything was top class - from the breakfast to the room, the pool and the free bicycles.

Positive points: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well cleaned every day. The pool area was nice as it was sheltered from the sun in the afternoon. We enjoyed our time at this hotel in beautiful Hoi An.

Review: We had never visited Hue before so picking this hotel was more on a whim...read a few reviews...ok. the Senna Hue was more than we expected...clean, friendly and the breakfasts were just like dinner...oh boy! So many choices.

Review: Pros: Clean, friendly staffs, kid club and pool are kid friendly.
Cons:
- Don't have bathtub as in the description of the room.
- Air conditional filters are super dirty. They're not cleaned for long time. Our room's conditional was not working well for 2 nights we stayed and at the end it stopped working. After it's fixed and cleaned, it's a lot better.

Positive points: Excellent value for money

Review: Small hotel located in a quiet vicinity & room is medium size. Breakfast for vegetarians is very limited.

The location was good - about a 5 minute drive from town, but in a quiet area and easy to get private cars by app or even bike into town

Review: Really nice clean hotel great welcoming staff great breakfast really nice two days

Positive points: The staff are lovely and helpful, especially the belldoor man. Room is nice and clean. My family really liked Cao Lâu and Bagguet at the hotel. We ordered again next day for our dinner. Location is perfect for a short cycle to the town. Free airport pick-up is also highlighted here.
