Khamy Riverside Resort

Review: Everything about my stay at Khamy Villas was over and above my expectations. It all started with the warm welcome... but after a couple of days I got into a bicycle accident that sent me to the hospital and the personal care provided by Khamy's Villa left me speechless and forever grateful to their staff!

Positive points: This was the most amazing stay, Duong was a fantastic host and the property is beautiful. Lovely comfortable room, laundry and lifts into town were complementary and the view over the river was stunning. Great WiFi , lovely breakfast included. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Review: Beautiful place. Right on the river. Can walk to a lot of shops and restaurants. Would stay there again.

Positive points: It is close to the old city, but not so close that it’s noisy and busy like it is in the old city. There are beautiful flowers everywhere. The hotel manager is one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever met—she will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Also, this is the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a place. Everything is fresh and delicious, and the coffee is also amazing!

Review: Khamy resort is indescribable. One has to be there to experience it. The ambience, the food, the coffee, everything is exceptional. The riverview room had a wonderful balcony to watch the sunset. The bathroom was wooden and we felt bad for water falling on the wood, but it worked perfectly fine. The host is such a sweet lady who takes utmost care to make us comfortable. Our stay in Hoi An was memorable and Khamy resort was the main reason. It's something close to heaven.

Positive points: Everything was amazing here. The host was very welcoming and they provide free bicycle and also provide motorbike for rental. The cafe is very beautiful with so many kind of flowers. The coconut coffee was the best I've had in Vietnam. We loved our stay here as we had the best view of river. The host will drop you by car around Hoi An for free.
The breakfast is fulfilling and host will be there to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Review: Wonderful stay.. beautiful garden resort rever side..hoian old town beautiful same like this khamy resort also more than beautiful..I never see like this type hotel and stay.. definitely next time we visit and stay again long time..many people coming and taking photos.. beautiful location.. very very good stay..hoian old town trip with out khamy resort nothing.. owner very very friendly and helpful.. 4 star facilities and best stay .. thanks to khamy for our trip memorable...we feel this is also one site seeing location..our phones full with photos.. thanks to khamy once again

Review: Por las fotos el jardín parece gigante pero en realidad es bien minúsculo, aunque bonito. Cuando llegué, la habitación reservada se la habían dado, por error, a otras personas, e intentaron colarme otra de peor categoría. Después de hablarlo, me dieron otra de parecidas características, pero cruzando la calle, en otro establecimiento y con peores vistas. Nadie del personal habla inglés, excepto la chica encargada. Aunque está en una zona bonita, en un camino que bordea el río, los ruidos de la construcción del puente, rompen la tranquilidad del lugar. Menos mal que te pasas el día fuera visitando el pueblo, que es increíble. Aunque pilla bastante lejos del centro, y hay que pillar Grab, o ir en bicicleta. El desayuno muy recomendable, rico y variado.

Positive points: The service, staff, the hotel is superb. We can’t fault any. Its one of the best. Special to the staff Hung as she’s very professional and a very great host.

Review: The staffers are friendly, allowed us to check out late. Extra bottles of water were given. Bicycles can be used for free and this is a great way to explore every corner of ancient Hoi An town as other types of vehicles are prohibited to enter the ancient town after certain hours. Our single room bungalow is clean and spacious, with many towels. The garden is full of flowers, nice for memorable photos.

Positive points: We loved everything about Khamy. The location worked very well for us, the colours were amazing, the breakfasts were delicious, the room was exceptional, the staff were amazingly warm, hospitable and friendly, we had free use of bicycles and the owner’s scooter, plus free laundry! The price was incredibly reasonable.

Review: It's amazing... so beautiful places so well kept and staff is so kind and helpful. They have bikes n cycle for rent which can help u roam around in the city. They have a cafe so coffee is available anytime.. just ask them beforehand if they can get u some food from nearby places. All in all its perfect. Hand one of best massages at this place. Amazing.

Positive points: it really is as pretty as the pictures. the made to order breakfast was fantastic with incredibly fresh fruit.

Review: The room itself is spacious, elegant, with a large bathroom- including HOT water/complimentary soap/shampoo/shower gel/shaving kit/shower cap, a high quality and healthy breakfast with many choices (including the freshest fruits), COLD A/C in the rooms, an epic garden, complimentary bicycle use, and coffee of the highest quality. The location is right on the river with lovely views, and is close to the main tourist attractions but without the noise. The staff are the BEST- honest, personable, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and full of customer service-oriented initiative. All of the things they would book for me were cheaper than prices offered elsewhere (bike tours, rides to the airport, etc.). The manager even drove me to the starting place of my tour one morning. It was like being in the best hotel, with the best coffee shop, with the fairest travel service, and the most awesome people! All of this quality, but at HOSTEL prices…

Positive points: Everything was perfect. The owner and her family were incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to make our stay wonderful. The location is beautiful, surrounded by flowers and fish. Additionally, the bed is extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place 100%. The guy who works at the bar makes the best coffee ever! ❤️

Review: We had a really nice time staying here. The hosts are very hospitable and accomodating and have gone out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. The room had a great view and was cleaned daily. Note that if u are a light sleeper it can get a bit noisy at times, but I’ve personally got used to it and had no major issues :)

Positive points: The pace is amazing plant and all the settings is wonderful. The owner is really helpful and with a great vibe.
