Sunkissed Paddy Hoi An Villa

Review: Sunkissed Paddy is in a beautiful setting surrounded by rice fields on the edge of town. The pool is very clean and overlooks the rice fields. The breakfast is the worst I have ever seen, which very much surprised us. The rooms were not that great either (you could see into their storage room from our bathroom, so you can only imagine what they could see!). Would definitely never stay again and would never recommend anyone to stay here!

Positive points: Very nice staff, good placement, close to town. Nice that we could borrow bikes and cycle to the city

Review: A very cute place with a friendly lady receptionist. She was very helpful and offered us the coconut boat experience with her dad. I loved her dad even if he cannot speak english but communicates with sign language. Made our stay very memorable.

Positive points: We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at Sunkised Paddy. The staff were very warm and friendly. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable in Vietnam. The pool very clean as was the room and bathroom. A big thank you to Thu for her lovely parting gift, very thoughtful.

Positive points: This place in the countryside offers the warmth and friendliness from the staff especially Ms Tham plus she speaks English She was very welcoming with a cheerful smile. Knowledgeable about her town and gave good suggestions on places of interest and flexible to our timings.. again peace and tranquality promised here

Review: We absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms are beautiful with windows on both sides. The breakfast is included and is delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but only a short taxi/grab in. Or you can use one of the hotels bikes for free! We loved everything about this hotel.

Positive points: Very comfortable room, cute location if you want to be away from the busy city center, but not too far from the old town either (10 minutes by grab).
Some new choices for breakfast every day.
The staff was always smiling, constantly greeting and eager to help you book activities if you wish to. I'd like to add that I had a late check-in, so even though the reception was closed, they made sure the security guard would be there to welcome me.
Would love to go back in the summer to see the fields and use the pool (a bit chilly to bathe in it this period).

Review: Could not recommend this place more. My partner and I had a lovely stay. The rooms are large and air conditioning & fan make it very pleasant. Great facilities, the pool is a good size and very clean with amazing views. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location is just 5/10 mins by car/bike from central Hoi An. Bike rental is easy and at the end of the street is the best Bahn Mi you will ever have 😍

Review: Beautiful location in the middle of rice paddy’s! Was on the more expensive side but you get a pool, bikes and breakfast included. The breakfast options weren’t my favourite, I think I would’ve liked a breakfast buffet that included muesli/cereal. This place is perfect for remote workers as it’s close to the co hub so a lot of people here were working. Great atmosphere and was very sociable when I was there! If you need to go to old town and don’t want to cycle, grabs are also very cheap.

Review: A charming property with charming staff!

Positive points: We had an amazing stay here. The old town is an easy 10 mins bike ride (bikes provided by the hotel for free with locks). It is quiet and relaxing compared to the old town. All the staff were incredible - friendly and helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was a choice of local style noodles, omelette and/or fruit. Beef pho was my favourite. They helped book our cooking course. Prices at the hotel were the same as in town. We were there in the rainy season so the umbrella was also a godsend!
